"Hey mama, you seen my gold cross necklace? I wore it wednesday to the Warren's house for dinner, and i can't seem to think where i left it." Cameron asked as she walked into the kitchen.
Her mother grinned when she saw her. "Well don't you look pretty."
Cameron blushed and smiled back. "Thanks mama...but i really wanna wear that tonight. You got any idea where it could be?"
The mother frowned and tutted. "No hun i don't...you wanna wear one of mine?"
Cam sighed. "Naw that's alright. Ooh i can just wear my pearls."
The mother laughed. "Honey you're just goin to pick daddy up from the airport, you don't have to wear your nice pearls."
She smiled. "I know, i just like to look decent. "
Once she got her pearls secured around her thin neck, she yelled a goodbye to her mama and bounded out the door to her Mercedes, excited to get to daddy.
