The Weasley I want-Fred Weasley

Part 18

"You know if you take a picture, i promise you it will last a lot longer."

I had hide my cheeks under the covers and said "Well I don't have a camera."

"Then i'll buy you one"

"But you have to buy me a ring." i love this joke, but I wish it were real.

"Oh yeah, i will get you that ring sooner or later." we both kinda just laughed

He started getting dressed so I flipped over, and I ended up falling back asleep.

"You know y/n you can't just sleep all day, we have to get to class." Fred had said to me while shaking me.

"But cant i just sleep."

"No you can't, we have class that we have to get to."

"My dorm is so far away"

"Get up"

"Fine"

I stood up and immediately wanted to go back to sleep. This is turtore. I just walked towards the door about to leave when Fred grabbed my wrist to pull me back.

It looked like he was about to say something but he didn't, instead he just let me go and I walked out the door.

Time skip to lunch

It was lunch time finally and I couldn't be more happy. I hated classes because they are always so boring.

I of course walked to the Gryffindor table and sat in between Fred and Ron.

"You look happy." Fred had said.

It was true I was happy, but why? I'm not sure.

"I am yet i don't know why." i say back

"Well you shouldn't cause your team is going to lose today."

"We'll see about that. My team has been training hard for this." but before the game i have to tell everyone their position and who didn't make it on the team. It's going to be fun.

As if on cue Martienez had read my mind.

"Hey y/n can we talk real fast" martinez had asked me.

"Yeah. I'll be right back guys.'' Fred's eyes looked hurt. I've gotten a lot better at reading eyes.

We walked to the courtyard. Why am I always here with a dude?

"Wassup martinez?

"I was wondering if I was on the team because I wanted to know before the game today."

"You really think you aren't on the team don't you?"

"Well i went against you for captain, so i don't think you would want me on the team."

"This team is to have fun, and a bonus if we win. Just because you were going for captain as well doesn't mean you are automatically off the team. You are an amazing player, therefore you are on the team."

"Wait really?"

"100%"

"Yes!" he got excited "thank you so much, you don't understand how much i thought you weren't going to put me on the team." he said then hugged me.

I hugged back because i didn't want to be rude then after like 5 seconds i pulled back and saw a tall, lanky, red hair dude start walking away. I knew it was one of the twins.

"I do have to go though." I say running after one of the twins.

I saw them turn a corner and I ran faster. I saw them and ran in front of them. It was fred.

"Hi" i say. I'm such an idiot, hi really. There are so many other words in the dictionary and you choose hi?

He kinda just walked past me, but i wasn't letting him get away, because i felt like he was mad.

I yanked his arms, to make him follow me. To my surprise he didn't fight back. I pulled him into a room, but I didn't know what room it was. It had a fireplace, a couch, a chair, and behind that was a table.

"What do you want!" he sounded more like he was yelling then it was a question.

"What's wrong?" I say calmly because I know that this isn't the fred I know. He's acting more like Malfoy to be honest.

"Nothing is wrong" he was still yelling

"Fred, you are obviously mad about something."

"I'm not mad." he said as a whisper.

I kinda just looked at him. What does he mean he isnt mad, this dude was just yelling at me.

"Then what emotion?"

He looked at me dead in the eyes, and that's when it hit me. I've seen that look before.
"You-... you're jealous." I say it was kinda hard tho because i don't understand.

He didn't say anything he kinda just looked at me.

"I don't get it, why would you be jealous?"

Once again he didn't say anything and I didn't dare to make eye contact with him. I'm so confused.

He had picked up my head to where I was forced to make eye contact, but he was very gentle about it.

He didn't say anything. We looked at each other for about a minute, all i was thinking is that i want this dude to kiss me.

He looked down at my lips then back at my eyes, i think i knew what was about to happen but i didn't know if he was just playing with me or not.

Then he started to lean in, I did too.

To my surprise we didn't get interrupted, and we actually kissed. He had wrapped his arms around my waist and I wrapped my arms around his neck. It lasted around 15 seconds till he pulled away. I was kinda sad that he did.

"I'm sorry i should go." he had said as he started walking away.

He didn't get far because I grabbed his hand and kissed him again. He smiled into the kiss that caused me to smile as well.

I pulled back, and said "class starts soon."

"I know"

We both left the room and didn't say a word, just had a really big smile on our faces.
