~who is that little boy~
"Y/N!"
The little boy - who was 9 years old - called out.
"Give me back the ball" he run after you. You let out a giggles and sped up. You were 7 at the time.
"Come get it if you ca-"
Before you could finish your sentence the boy tackled you down onto the grass. Letting out a laugh as both of you wrestled for the ball.
"Hey that's not fair" You whined as the boy started tickling you lightly.
"I'm not stopping until I get my ball back," he said playfully. "Ok ok....stop" you pleaded as you try to catch your breath.
"Here" you held the ball to him. The boy got up and took the ball, he reach his hand down to help you get up. You let out a smile as an idea pops into your mind. You extended your hand and take his offer.
"Guess what" you said looking up at the boy, while wiping grass particles and dirt from yourself.
"Wha-" the little boy started but was interrupted when you smacked the ball out of the boy's hand, causing it to roll onto the open road. "Yah!" He shouted and rest his hands on his hip, frowning a bit. You let out a laugh and held onto your stomach. Then stopped when you saw that he was being serious.
"Ok I'm sorry, I'll go get it.." Y/n said and turn towards the road.
"Wait Y/n!" The boy exclaimed.
"Don't worry.. I promise I'll give it back" you said carelessly.
"Y/n stop! Come back!" The boy continued.
You rolled your eyes not knowing why he was making a fuss, and jogged to the ball.
"Y/N NOOO!!" The little boy screamed, causing you to turn your head to the side where a car was heading straight towards you. Your eyes widen.
"Y/N!!" -
~Your POV~
The scream of your name linger in your head as you woke up gasping for air.
"KIM Y/N!"
A voice called out making you jump, you look around which make your eyes land on your twin brother, whose head was poking in your room.
"Get your ass up, we're going to be late" You look up at him in confusion, trying to process what he meant. "What?" You mumbled.
"College? 2nd year? First day??" He said dumbly- "duh! Now get up stinky and go wash up. You have 15 minutes."
He whirled around and stride down the hallway. You groan and swing your leg over to the side of your bed to get up. Stumbling to the bathroom, you picked up your toothbrush and paste to brush your teeth in the shower due to the limited time you have. Still feeling breathless from the dream, you look down and see blood.
"Uhgggg! Great! Just great" you sigh annoyingly. "WHY DO I HAVE TO BE BORN A FEMALE!"
10 mins later
I put on a cute yet simple outfit to match with the light makeup I had on. I grabbed my purse and phone and headed downstairs to the kitchen to pick up a cinnamon bun.
"Finally you sloth" Your brother scoff. "I've been waiting for hours." Kim Taehyung commented sarcastically as I dart him a glare.
"Taehyung.." I said softly. "Hmm" he hummed while grabbing his keys and walked out to the car, with you following behind. "..shut up. I would highly appreciate it" you fake a smile and batter your eyes innocently.
"Tskk" he let out and both got in the car. "You ready?" Tae ask. You shook your head.
"No - but I have no choice," I said tiredly and looked out the window watching the scenery passed by.
There's no way this nightmare is coming back, it seems so real. Since little-around 7-you had the same dream, and never know the reason why. You just know that, that dream made you scared to drive and be around roads, even on a crosswalk. You nibble on your bottom lip and frown, leaving one question in your head as always.
