~He's literally a hamster~
"We're here" Taehyung's voice ring in your ear, making you snap out of your thought. You blink and face your brother who was giving you a box smile. You look out the window to find a wide 3 story building that stretch out probably half a mile, and a large sign that label 'UNIVERSITY OF DAEGU'. You sigh and turn to your brother again.
"Do we really need to go here?" You questioned. "Can't we just move back in with mom and dad and go to our old school?" I bite my lip nervously trying to read my brother's expression.
Taehyung press his lip together in a thin. "I really wish we could, but mom and dad think it'll be a good experience for us.. especially you" he pause "for you to get out of your comfort zone and explore the "outside world" " he quoted with his fingers.
I mean he's kind of right, since little you attend a private school and don't go out as much. To finally be free and be able to do stuff without having mom and dad look down after me as a little kid all the time was a different feeling of being "free".
You scoff. "Tae I'm not a child you know, I'm literally the same age as you" you reminded him. For god sake I'm 19.
"No really ?? tell that to mom and dad... plus you act like one, yea im the same age as you but I'm MUCH more mature" a chuckle escape his mouth causing you to glare at him "Yah!" I punch his arm. Taehyung laughed louder and ruffle your hair.
He nodded for you to get out. "Let's go."
You got out of the car and made your way to the front entrance. I mean it looks nice, spacious but doesn't compare to Seoul's.
"Hello!" The front lady at the counter greeted the two. I smile at her greeting "Hi..umm.. my brother and I are new here. We transfer from Seoul." You said politely as the lady was typing on her keyboard making the 'click' sound fill the silent.
"Ok" the lady said looking up from her computer with a smile. " so I just need your name, and what year you're going in?"
"2nd year" your brother and you said at the same time. The lady chuckled.
"So the way class is, we split it into odds and even, 2nd and 4th year will be together in the same home room, whereas 1st and 3rd year is in another. But due to the high numbers of student in the first 2nd/4th home room, I will have to split your brother up to the second 2nd/4th home room." The lady explained.
"Make sense?" She ask and you both nodded "Alright your name miss ?"
"Uh Kim Y/n " you reponded. The lady look up at you in fright and nod. She type something down and printed out your schedule, handing it to you with a slight smile.
"I'm Ki-" Tae started
"Kim Taehyung" she interrupted. Still having the shock in her eye. "Nice to meet you guys, you two've grown a lot " she said quietly with a weak smile
Tae confuse expression form on his face, as his thumb brush the flesh underneath his jaw. He does this when he's nervous. She gave you a glance quickly and went back on her computer.
You look at your brother questioning what she meant by that. Tae locked eyes with you and as if he heard what you were thinking, he shrugged. I eye the lady once more. Weird.
"Hey Taehyung" the lady called out while handing Taehyung his schedule. "Please tell your mom that I'm sorry and that I miss her" I take a step back, barely listening to what the lady was saying while checking my schedule.
'Wait my mom ?' I thought, turning my attention back when suddenly- "Oopftttt" a voice groan out. " ahh.. I'm sorry .. are you ok ?" He said apologetically, stepping back a bit.
I step back and push a strand of hair out of my face, making eye contact with the guy that just ran into me. I wander the unknown face. "If a hamster was a human it'll be you" i think to myself, at least that's what I thought.
The boy lip parted and rub his neck "uhh.. thanks ? I guess ?" He said shyly "I don't know if that's a good thing or -"
My eyes widen as I realize what I just said.
"Oh no I'm sorry I didn't mean to say that" i chuckled nervously. Why am I so dumb, this is embarrassing,
I licked my lip, "I-its not a bad thing really" I said quickly feeling heat creep up my cheek.
The guy laugh lightly "well thank you" he gave a cheeky smile. "Kihyun!" Someone called out, making the guy give a nod to who I think was his friend.
"I gotta go.. see you around" he wave lightly. I smile and wave in return before he jog to his friend.
"A literal hamster" you chuckle to yourself. "Cute"

Hi I just want to say thank you for reading this story❤️ I'm sorry if it's boring right now, I'm just trying to start up the plot and begin the story so you guys know what it's dealing with.
