Gracen's P.O.V. Chapter 1

You all know the fairy tale Goldy Locks and the three bears. Well funny story that's actually mine. Well not completely. The story is about me and somehow bears got involved. The thing is most of the story is not what happened. What really happened, well it's a lot more complicated then three beard and a bowl or porage. My story has more to do with the boy who never grew up.

It all started I was around 16 and my sister, Jula-Rose was about 13 1/2 maybe 14. We lived in a small cottage at the edge of the Enchanted Forest. Me and my sister would spend the day collecting berries and playing in the magical woods around our little farm. On our farm we had a little flock of sheep, some chickens, and an old cow named Henrietta. It wasn't very much but it was all we knew and we were happy there until one faithful day. Me and Jula-Rose were collecting some mint and chamomile to make some tea when our mother called us to the house.

"Gracen! Jula-Rose!"She called out in her sweet sing song voice. "Come here girls there is someone that me and your father want you to meet."

Me and Jula-Rose ran to the house seeing who would get there first. When we finally got inside I saw a strange man sitting at our kitchen table. He had long greasy hair and a creepy smile.

"Girls." My father said. "Meet Rumpelstiltskin."

Jula-Rose nodded her head at him polity. I just looked back at my father confused.

"He says that he can make us rich." My mother said, a terrifyingly wide smile plastered on her lips. "We wont have to live on this wretched farms anymore."

"Thats right Dearies." Rumpelstiltskin said, his eyes glinting dangerously.

"Why would you want to do that?" I asked skeptically. I didn't trust him at all. "You want something in return don't you?"

"Ah what a smart little girl. I do want something." Rumpelstiltskin said, his eyes piercing deeper into my sole.

"What do you want?" Jula-Rose asked curiously.

"Now now now child. All will be reviled. But first don't you want to hear what I can do for you?" He asked, his yellow teeth shining as he smiled even wider.

I reamed quite as he told us of the splendor we would live in if we did what we wanted. He promised us a castle with all the riches. We would never have to work again and we would have anyone we had ever wanted. Me and my siste could have dresses and go to parties and live a luxurious life in comfort. My parents would wine and dine with the elite of our sosicty. It was the life anyone would dream of. The thing with dreams though is they are far from reality.

"Now." My mother said, her eyes glossed over from hear about her dream life. "What did you want?"

"Oh it's nothing much I promise you." He laughed, his eyes glinted.

"Well what is it?" I asked.

"All I want is her." He said point at my sister.

"What no!" I gasped grabbing Jula-Rose's arm.

"I dont want her exactly at least not for ever. I just need to barrow her for a little bit." He smirked.

"No." I said squeezing Jula-Rose's arm. "What do you want with my little sistier?"

"Well dearie. Your little sister dosnt know it yet but she has magic. Very powerful magic. I need some of that powerful magic to help me find something." He said in a whiny voice. I didn't like that he was talking to me as though I was two.

"Why have I not had this magic before?" Jula-Rose asked stepping out of my grasp and towards the magical man.

"You have always had it inside you dearie." Rumpelstiltskin said, reaching inside his right coat pocket. "You just need to drink this to activate it." He help up a small glass vial with a strange purple liquid in it.

"What kind of magic is it?" My father asked.

"Your precious little daughter here is an oracle." Rumpelstiltskin said. "Not just any oracle. She might just be the last of the Lunar Oracles. The strongest kind out there."

"Really?" My sister whispered excitedly. "Dose that mean if I drink that I will be able to see the future?"

"That and so much more." He said with a light laugh. "If I give you this the only price you will have to pay me is one small fortune and if you do that you will be free to do what you wish with your powers. Its a bargain really."

"Are you sure that's all?" I asked skeptically. "No strings attached."

"Well we will see how things go dearie." He said, his eyes laced with fire. "I will be back in exactly 24 hours. In that time you will decide weather to take my deal or not. I hope that you will make the right choice. We wouldn't want something tragic to happen would we?" And with that he backed out of our front door and dispersed into thin air.

"Jula-Rose." My father said, turning to my sister. "Tomorrow when that man comes back  I want you to drink that potion. Then we will have people pay us for you to tell there fortune. "

"But I dont want to." Jula-Rose said.

"Oh but you will." My mother said. "You dont want us to have to punish you." *anyone getting Umbitch vibes. Harry Potter reference*

"But its my choose." Jula-Rose cried.

"No its not." My father said. "We are your parents and we know whats best for you."

"Dont you mean whats best for yourself." I said through gritted teeth.

"What was that?" My father grwoled at me.

"I said what best for you." I snapped. "Havent you herd the stroeis of the people who went through the oracle transformation? They cry blood and are forc ed to relive every Persons  worst memories and nightmares. It feels like there brain is being stabbed over and over again. Some people even die during the process and the ones that do are forced to a life of misery. If Jula-Rose dies durning this then what are we going to tell Rumplestiskin? He cant be trusted. He's called the dark one after all."

"We will just have to see about that." My father said.
