„Your property?" I squeaked and widened my eyes. Levis eyes sparkled and the corner of his lips curved up by seeing me like that. „I'm joking unless..." He trailed off and inched closer to my face. I felt like I would explode anytime. He was so hot. For what? What does he want from me? He stared at my lips and bit his own lip. Levis eyes shifted upwards and was now looking at me. „Kiss him." My inner goddess demanded but I shook my head at her. „I-I can't." I thought and sighed mentally. „Fuck this." My inner goddess told me and I whispered to Levi: „Kiss me..." My eyes sparkled and I was staring at him. His smirk faded away and he leant back onto his chair. „Shit I really fucked up." I thought and was embarrassed by what I did.

„You wouldn't want me to kiss you Y/N..." Levi replied and had his firm expression on his face plastered. I raised my eyebrows at him. „Why...wouldn't you?" I whispered and my face softened. „I'm not who you think I am Y/N." He replied sternly and I flinched at his aggressive tone. „I'm sorry." I apologised and looked away. „Maybe it was a bad idea to come here." I thought and hesitated to stand up. „S-should I leave?" I choked out and avoided his gaze. He didn't answer and I took that as a ‚yes'. I stood up and he immediately replied: „N-no don't leave. You can still work here but you need to sign the contract." His voice was softer and he sounded desperate. The sudden tone confused me and I just blinked at him. I really wanted to work so I could financially do my part of the rent so I sighed and took the pen which was laying next to the amount of paper. I was still hesitating and Levi seemed to have noticed. „I'm not forcing you..." The moment he spoke out these words I scribbled my name and last name onto the paper. „There you go." I whispered and looked at him. The guy just looked startled by my sudden action but he immediately regained his composure.

„Alright. You may follow me." Levi said and I nodded. We made our way out of the office and I just followed him. Levi and I walked past Sasha who was eating some snacks she probably stole from the storage. Levi noticed but he just rolled his eyes. „Work Ms. Braus. It's not time for lunch." He mumbled and the brown haired girl flinched at his voice. She nodded and immediately started typing aggressively something onto the laptop. I smiled at her and she returned the gesture. There was a big desk with a big computer and several folders, pens, sticky notes and drawers on it. „Why have I never noticed this desk?" I thought and Levi glanced at me. „I ordered one for you so you could have your own workspace." He mumbled and I nodded. „Why can he read my mind like all the time? Wtf?" My inner goddess asked and I shrugged my shoulders. It's hot tho. Not complaining.

„Your work will be to schedule my meetings. Do a part of my paper work. You will be my substitute in case I cannot attend one of my meetings because of whatever reason. You are also going to represent my whole business in those meetings so make sure you behave well. Sometimes you will also have to sort out some documents." My boss explained my job and I nodded while taking notes mentally. It was a lot of stuff I had to take care of. Being the secretary of someone is never easy. I can say that because I worked for Erwin Smith. The CEO of the second biggest company in this country the Smiths Enterprises. Erwin Smith was different from Levi Ackermann. Erwin cared a lot about his company and his work. He was passionate about it and made sure everything was perfect. The same goes to his workers. Me being his secretary meant for me to do all the work perfectly. I did all of his paperwork and represented the company in his meetings only for him to question my will to work. In the following he would overwork me to the point I lost weight and spent more time in the company than at home. I got fired because of speaking up about his ways treating his workers.

So me working for Levi wouldn't be a big problem. „You are familiar how to run the meetings software and my calendar?" He asked and raised his eyebrow. He looks so sexy. „Yeah..." I replied and nodded at the same time. „Alright. I have high expectations, my secretary." It looked like he was smirking at the last two words and I looked away embarrassed. „I will try my best." I stated and Levi just nodded.
