The Elemental Experiment

Chapter 1

Carter's P.O.V

I sat at the back corner of my seat. My green eyes looking about. So many boys and hot girls. There was one girl that caught my eye, she had platiunum blonde hair, pale skin, and ice blue eyes. She was sitting next to another girl with strawberry blonde hair that sorta faded into blonde, average skin, and blue-green eyes. "Everyone," Mr.Grenstando (gren-ston-doe) started, "Welcome to Romanik (Roe-may-nik) High!"

Now, lunch. Where do i sit? Every table was full exept for one table. Smack in the middle of the cafeteria, great. 'I'll take it however I get it' i thought. I sat down.

Lee's P.O.V

As I was in the lunch line, I saw a girl who had strawberry blonde hair. She was gorgeous. As soon as i sat down, I went over to speak to her. "Hi, I'm Lee," i said with a smirk. She looked up and down, then up again at my body. I totally got this. I held out my hand. She grabbed my hand and quickly took it back. She held her hand tightly. "What?" I asked. "DEMON!" The girl beside her screamed.

Ashley's P.O.V

"Hi, I'm Lee," He said, smirking. I looked up and down his body. 'I wonder how he looks shirtle- nevermind' i thought. He put out his hand and I grabbed. I quickly pulled my hand back. 'Ahh!' i screamed in pain mentally. I looked at my hand to see a burn mark. I looked back up at Lee. His eyes were freakin' red! "DEMON!" The girl beside me screamed. She held me tight. I swallowed. "I think i am just going to go," I said, my voice scared and quiet. I sat at another table.

Carter's P.O.V

I grabbed my guitar case before I heard a girl scream. "DEMON!" The girl said hugging another girl while pointing at the captain of the football team. I will just walk away. As i continued in the hallway, i found the music room. It was abandoned. I sat down. I grabbed my guitar and started playing, and singing, '50 ways to say goodbye' by Train.

Alyssa's P.O.V

I walked along the hallway. Quietly, that is. Ashley decided to stay back at the cafeteria and finish lunch. All of a sudden, I heard a beautiful song coming from the music room. I put my ear on the door and listened. 'I'm all out of lies! and ways to say you died...' The song ended and the door opened with me leaning against it. I fell down quickly. I just lay there though, paralyzed about what would happen next. I peeked up and the guy stared at me. He had dark green eyes, dirty blond hair that was combed down and flipped to that side, and had strong arms.

We just stare at eachother. I finally sit up. "Umm.. You're a really good singer by the way," I say looking down with guilt. His cheeks turned scarlet.

Lee's P.O.V

After the incident i ran out of the cafeteria and outside. I stood, leaning against a pole nearest to the basketball court. 'I can't go back in there' I thought. I felt a small heatwave but ignored it. It started to get hotter as I shedded tears. After a while it actaully started to hurt.

Then i blacked out.

Ashley's P.O.V

"All students, there has been a blackout, you have a free period," the intercom said as I walked out of the cafeteria. i had already bandaged my burn. I then went over to the basketball court to shoot some hoops.

After abut 10 minutes, I turned around to see the strangest thing. It was a boy. He was laying on the sand by a pole, his back faced me. I walked over. I looked at the guy's face. 'Lee?' I touched his shoulder. He was very hot, warm hot. But, it didn't exactly hurt. "Help!" I shouted. I had small luck. "Help!" I said again. Lee opened his eyes.

Lee's P.O.V

I opened my eyes. It hurt. Everything hurt. I Iooked up to see the girl from earlier. "What happened?" I managed to stutter. "I don't know.... You here.... Look like you.... out," I could only hear the girl's soft voice vaguely. I sat up. Everything felt quite better as I sat up. Then i felt a sharp pain in my ankle.
