The Good King decided to have the funeral at Ever After High. It was where all of Raven's friends were, and it was a much happier place than Queen Castle. The main balcony was quickly set up for the ceremony. It was covered from head to toe in flowery vines and glittering pixie dust. Pews lined the floor, and flower petals led to the glass coffin containing Raven.

Most of the school had congregated on the balcony and some of Raven's friends and family who weren't in school were also there. Cerise walked down the aisles and purposely chose a seat furthest from Daring as possible.

Everyone was whispering, sobbing, and crying. These were noises that Cerise didn't want to hear. When she blocked them out, she caught on to another conversation going on just outside the door.

"What is she doing in my coffin?" She heard Apple say.

"You*Sniff* don't deserve it. ACHOO!" This had to be Fill, the son of Sneezy.

"It's not like you're ever gonna use it." A growly voice belonging to Rick, the son of Grumpy, said.

     "That doesn't mean I didn't want it!"

"We'll clean it out for you when you die." Rick said, throwing the doors open. This caused Cerise to notice everything else going on in the room. Headmaster Grimm was clearing his throat to start the ceremony.

The dwarves walked in with Apple still trailing behind them, begging them to change their minds about using her coffin. Everyone hushed when Apple entered. Apple looked terrified and slightly sad.

"What?" Apple asked the angry faces surrounding her. "It was a mistake! You all are acting like I'm the Evil Queen." This statement hit Cerise like a pile of bricks. Of course! Why hadn't she seen it earlier?

"Apple!" Cerise called, standing up. "You're the Evil Queen!"

"What?! No! That's exactly the opposite of what I'm trying to say!"

"Think about it." Cerise had now gotten everyone's attention. "Raven has pale skin and black hair. Raven eats poison apple made by someone with ill intent." Apple looked down. " Raven dies... or maybe she's just asleep." The whole crowd gasped. The Good King suddenly looked hopeful. "A bunch of friendly dwarves put her in a glass coffin." She gestured to the children of the seven dwarves. "All we're missing is Prince Charming and we have the tale of Snow White."

Cerise turned to Dexter who was sitting only a few pews away. Dexter put up his hands defensively. "No. I mean... I like Raven and all..." He scratched the back of his neck. "But we never really gave our relationship a name."

"You don't have to be her boyfriend to be her true love." Cerise glanced at Daring. He smiled.

"I know..." Dexter said shyly. "It's just that I've never kissed anyone before..."

"Aww, Dexter." Cerise laughed. "I think it might be best if your first kiss, is true love's kiss."

    "You think it will work?"

    "I know it will."

Everyone looked to Dexter. The seven dwarves' children ran forward, pushing Headmaster Grimm aside, they opened the glass coffin. Dexter shakily stepped toward it. He looked back nervously. Everyone was smiling up at him hopefully.

"You certain she's not dead?" He asked cautiously.

"Just kiss her already!" Apple yelled. She seemed to be the most hopeful of all. Dexter leaned forward and brushed Raven's hair aside. Pushing his glasses up, he kissed her.
