Pass or Fail: Survival Test

He waved at the three leading them to and open field with a clock on a stump and three large stumps. He picked the timer tunning to them saying, "Ok, it's set for noon."

Naruto and Sasuke shared confused as Fuyu stared at their sensei as he grabs two bells and tells them, "Here are two bells. Your task is to take these from me before the time is up!"

"Those who don't have a bell by noon... Get's no lunch. I'll not only tie you to one of those stumps, but I'll also eat right in front of you." He finished pointing to the large logs.

"So that's why you told us not to eat." Fuyu said back her red eyes meeting black eye his smile never dropping as their stomachs growl.

He then hold the bell to their vision for them all continuing, "You only have to get one bell. There are only two, so one of you will definitely be tied to the stump and... The person who doesn't take a bell fails so at least one of you will be sent back to the academy."

Naruto and Sasuke look at the older ninja worry on their faces yet her face never changed. His senses expression changed to a normal one as puts the bells in his hand and tells them, "If you want you can use shurikens and Kunais. You won't succeed unless you come at me intending to kill."

Fuyu stays quiet as the blonde next to her starts to laugh putting his hands behind his head saying, "Yeah, you're so slow you can't even dodge a... Black Board eraser!! We'll definitely kill you!!"

"In the real world, those with no talent often bark the loudest well... Ignore Mr. Dead last and start when I say..." He says his face never changing.

'DEAD LAST!! DEAD LAST!!! DEAD LAST!!! DEAD LAST!! DEAD LAST!!! DEAD LAST!! DEAD LAST!! DEAD LAST!!!!!' Naruto thought growling in angry and quickly goes to attack their teacher.

His best friend noticing what he was doing called to him worry in her voice, "Naruto"

Only in an instant that Kakashi was behind him holding his hand with the kunai to his head. Looked at him in surprise as Fuyu and Sasuke looked at the older ninja as he said, "Calm down.... I haven't said start yet."

'So this is Jounin.' Sasuke thought looking at him with a smile.

Fuyu started at him and her friend as he looks the the silver haired girl then looks back at Naruto speaking, "Well, it seems you're finally prepared to come at me with then intent to kill. So you're finally acknowledged me? Hehe, it seems like... I'm beginning to... like you guys. Ok, Let's get going ready... Begin!!"

Just at that moment he let him go as they all jump away hiding after he said the test began. Leaving him alone in the middle of the field as he looks around scratching his neck saying, "The most important thing for a shinobi is to be able to hide yourself."

'Nice. They're all hidden very well.' Kakashi thought trying to feel them out.

Sasuke hide in the trees as Fuyu layied down on her stomach both looking at their teacher. Just for Naruto to jump out and yells, "COME HERE!! AND FIGHT ME!! i SAID FIGHT ME!!"

".....UHM.... You're a little bit off..." He said to the smaller ninja not sure what else to say.

Sasuke looked at them from his stop and thought gripping the branch angrily, 'Baka! What does Fuyu see in you!'

From her stop she start to move in order to help as she watch Naruto go to attack as he yelled making her stop, "I'll show Fu-chan that her training wasn't a waste by getting those bells! The only thing that's a bit off is your hair cut!!"

He stopped after seeing Kakashi going to grab something from his bag making him jump back and watch. He looks up feeling around in the bag saying, "Shinobi fighting lesson 1. Taijutsu. I'll teach you about it."
