LILY KINGSLEY
Since Potions with Draco I haven't known how to feel. I was having a really nice time until something changed. He changed.
"So he just left?" Harry asks sitting down on a window ledge. We're both in the Room of Requirement waiting for the rest of the group to arrive. We left early to set everything up.
"Yeah! He said it was me that he could smell and then basically ran away" I sigh, placing a wand in the hand of a metal mannequin we threw together.
"Is this really something you want to do Lils? Malfoy is a dark character. There's something I don't like about him." He says carefully.
"That's because he bullies you Harry! He bullies all of us! That's why I feel so conflicted when he makes me feel a type of way" I blush. Even though I can tell Harry anything, it does feel a little bit weird basically telling him that Draco Malfoy turns me on. It's like i'm having the conversation with my brother.
"It doesn't have to be all bad Lily. Look at your dad. He wasn't on the best path in life but our parents pulled him in the right direction." Harry smiles. He's right. I don't know too much about it because he won't tell me the full story, but whenever I ask my father he tells me that he used to be different and it was my mum and Harry's parents who are the reason he's the man he is today.
"I don't even know if I want to be around him! One minute I convince myself that we actually get along quite well and then the next we want to rip each others throats out! Is that really something I can be bothered to deal with?"
I'm pacing now, and poor Harry is sat watching me lose my mind.
"Just see what happens. And don't worry about us Lily. You're not stupid and we know that. We'll always be here for you regardless."
I stop in front of him and smile. He really is too pure for this world.
"I'm sorry Harry. I'm being dramatic and you've got so much on your mind" I say, realising how ridiculous this all seems in the grand scheme of things.
"It's fine honestly. It's nice to have the distraction" he laughs, leaning his head against the wall behind him. "I just hope I don't balls this up."
I take a seat next to him and place my hand on his knee that he's got pulled up towards his chest.
"Don't be so stupid. We're all here because we want to learn and help you. You put yourself down too much Harry" I say softly, hoping my words give him some comfort.
Just at that moment the doors to the room open, and the rest of our little army comes strolling in.
"Come on, let's get this show on the road." I say, patting his knee and jumping up. "Let's make Umbridge wish she never stepped foot in this school."

Its just before 11.30pm when we finish our first lesson. Everyone had a really good time, and Harry did amazing.
"So I'll see you guys tomorrow then?" I ask as we head towards the corridor.
"Yeah! We'll eat breakfast and then go down to Hogsmeade if you fancy it?" Ron replies.
