Chapter 5: The Date

I was taking my morning walk and went to my favorite tree at the park, I sat there and grab my book from my backpack and start reading it... After 30 minutes of reading I got up and went to the swing... There's no people around actually... I just sat there thinking... About my mission...

What if... I failed my mission? What would happen to me? Will I die? Or forget everything?..... I can't forget everything, Huh! In fact this is the most memorable mission of my life! This is life risking! Then a question suddenly whisper in my mind...

Do I ever even fall in love?

That made me stop and spaced out! Do I ever even fall in love? I asked myself again. Then a name appeared out of nowhere....

Greyson.

Do I love him? But... I can't! I promised my dad not to! For my own sake... Why does life have to be so complicated! Ugh! Note to myself... Jennifer! Don't fall for that guy! Got it?

I got up and grab my things and went home... While walking I can feel a person's presence behind me... I stopped walking and looked back... None! I start walking again and stopped... And I feel some warm hands over my eyes...

"Guess who?" the guy asked.

"Ha! Greyson!" I said. I hugged him and he hugged back. I can feel his warm embrace and I can smell his scent. I pulled away and start walking... It was pretty awkward... Silence filled the air... But Greyson broke the silence...

G: So...

J: So?

G: *sighs*

J: Did you really said that yesterday?

G: The what?

J: When you called me!

G:......

J: About the 'I LOVE YOU' thing!

G: Oh! It's uhhh... As a... FRIEND! *smiles*

J: Oh! Where are you taking me later?

G: Its a secret!

J: Aw come on spill it out!

G: No! Its a surprise!

J: Fine! Oh this is my stop now!

G: Ok! Bye see ya later! Oh and wear something nice!

J: Ok!

I went inside and went straight to my bedroom... Searching... Searching... Searching... Aha! A really nice dress! I wore it and wore my purple vans. I checked my watch and its 5:45pm already! Well... Time flies way too fast! After 15 minutes Greyson arrived and... He looks so handsome as ever!

J: Hey Grey! You look handsome!

G: Well... You look stunning!

J: Thank you!

G: Can you put these for me!

J: Blindfolds?!

G: Mhmm!

He put the blindfolds on me and start walking... I was nervous actually, I mean you don't know what's going on here! and I feel... Grass?! And fresh air!

G: You can take them off now!

I took them off then... WOW! I stared at the cliff in amazed! We're on the meadow... There's a blanket and a picnic basket beside it was a tree! Behind the tree was a river! This is so amazing!

G: Did you like it?

J: No!

G: *looks down*

J: I. LOVE. IT.

G: *laughs* I thought it's awful!

J: are you kidding me! This is wonderful!

We sat down on the blanket and started eating strawberries with coated Nutella... Yum! We talk and talk and talk until Greyson noticed the sunset!

G: Lets go up in that tree!

I started climbing and sat down on the branch...

G: Isn't it beautiful?

J: It is!

I felt arms wrapped around my waist and I laid my head on his shoulder and stayed in that position... I wish we would stay like this forever! My heart beats so fast! And butterflies plays around my stomach... We just watch the sun go down...

After that... We decided to go home since its already 7:00 pm... He gave me a piggy back ride because my foot is aching! We kinda had a little fight about that! He is really a sweet guy you couldn't resist... When I saw my house I jump off him and stand in front of him and...

J: Ummm... Thank You! I really had a great time with you!

G: No problem! And umm... Thank You too for appreciating for that! Your really special to me! I Love U-Ukeleles! *smiles*

J: *laughs* Your so funny!

I stared at his brown eyes it is so hypnotizing! Then he started to lean in slowly... Then the next thing I knew is his lips crashed into mine... It feels so... Magical! I've never felt this kind of feeling before! I felt Electric shocks around me... Yeah! Not SPARKS, ELECTRIC SHOCKS! and my heart beats so fast like I ran a 200 kilometer marathon! After... God knows how long it last! I pulled away! I felt my cheeks burning!

G: Thanks for the night!

J: *blushes* Me too! Bye!

G: Bye!

He walked away and I got to my room and closed my door immediately... I can't believe what happened back there! He totally kissed me! Like is this a dream or something! I got to the bathroom and cleaned myself up, changed clothes and went to bed!

I can't even sleep this night because of what happened a while ago keep on repeating in my mind! After a few hours I fell asleep...
