Him...( a Draco and y/n love story)

Back to class

It was time to go over class Madame Pomphrey sat me up and made me go back to my dorm to take a hot shower everything still hurt. I got in the shower and held onto the shelf as I felt the pain spread. I was out of the shower and out of agony when Draco walked in.
"What the hell are you doing here" I screamed "I came here to talk to you" he said as he pat the spot next to him on my bed. I ignored the fact that I was still wet in a towel. I looked at him with dread when he told me that his father had set him up. I looked in his eyes and kissed him. I couldn't believe it but I did. But then the door swung open
  " Hey Emma-" Maya stopped "Oh I'm interrupting something" she said she backed up very slowly out the door and screamed "We have class in 10 minutes". I didn't even care about class I was in the moment and after we kissed I stared at him for a really long time. I almost felt as if I were scaring him. He went silent and walked out of my room without saying a word. I was beyond confused I don't know who to go with and what to do. I mean Draco obviously didn't set someone up to hurt me his father did. But I was going to be late to class so I got dressed and met Maya outside.
   "Did you see the new kid" she said nervously I shook my head. "Well he's really dreamy his name is Louis" she said
    "Well you got over cedric quick" I said back to her. "Cho already dumped him" she said with a grin. We met up with Leah and she kept covering her neck.
     "What's this" Maya moved the hair she was covering her neck and we both gasped.
    " You have a HICKEY" I yelled.
"Shut it" she said Leah put her hair back to where it was and was blushing when George walked by. I almost forgot about the whole Draco situation. We all walked to class and we had Potions first I almost rolled my eyes to the back of my head when I walked in the room. But Snape seemed to notice.
  "Nice for you to join us Ms. Foxing" he scoffed. All the teachers knew about what happened but he didn't care. He put a pile of work on my desk almost 2 feet high.
"Sir I can't do this" I looked and the papers.
  " I'm sure you wouldn't want your grades to plummet so I would get started" he said
Honestly I couldn't believe his behaviour I mean he was a teacher but he shouldn't be able to talk to me like that. My family would not be proud of that. I started the work when Hermione rapped me on the shoulder
"How are you" she whispered she looked at the scar on my back.
"I'm doing better I just can't believe Snape he gave me enough work for the next two semesters" I said
"Don't worry about that-" but she was cut short by none other Snape.
"Ladies I will see you both at detention tonight you will be with Filch in the forbidden forest" he scoffed
"Ms foxing I suggest you don't put another toe out of line you are already on my nerves enough" he scoffed. I felt like screaming I didn't know what to do. But all I could do was sit through class and stare at the walls. And just pretend to pay attention. Classes went by so fast and before I knew it lunch was starting. I sat with Maya and Leah. My mind seemed to drift away when I was with them.
Hermione started to walk over to us and sit down.
"I need a break from the boys" she laughed. We let her sit at our table and Leah laughed so hard water came out of her nose. And the Maya fell to the floor laughing.
