"Hey, (y/n)! Why don't we become a partner together? I think we can make a good duo, don't you think?" The young blonde male said to her, more like begging actually.

"Just go and partner up with Tobi, Deidara! How hard it can be? Even you can handle things with that weird Sasori until the end... Tobi doesn't seem to offer any harm to you compared to that puppet!" (y/n) said while pushing the blonde away from her sight. He seems like he hates being a in the same party as Tobi. Well, for (y/n), she sees that Tobi is just a cute bean and he's the one who always brings the sparks and rainbows in their hidden lair.

"Deidara-senpai... Look, (y/n)-senpai also agreed with this new arrangements..." Tobi whined while clinging to (y/n)'s arm. "Tobi is a good boy, right, (y/n)-senpai?" He said with his cute way.

(y/n) was swooned away with that overload cuteness from the masked-man. She ruffles his hair and said, "Of course Tobi is a good boy." She grinned at him. Somehow, she felt like she knew who is this masked-man is, it feels nostalgic. Maybe, one of her comrades when she's still young? But, she brushed those weird thoughts away because it will be a complete dumbfounded mind to think that Tobi is one of her classmates.

"Uughh... You're not helping me at all, (y/n). Un!" Deidara went away from that room. He was quite upset after Sasori died the other day.

Tobi in the other hand quickly tailed the blonde behind him. Those duo already finished their mission for that day, just a simple mission. After this, they need to go and capture San-bii together.

Then, (y/n) went out of the lair and she saw Itachi was sitting all alone on the boulder, facing the lake near our lair. She walked to the Uchiha and sat beside him. "Something wrong, Itachi?" She said while skipping a rock.

"Hn, a good conversation should start with good news first, right, (y/n)-san?" The Uchiha said while smirking but his orbs are still glued to the peaceful lake in front of them.

"Let me assume that as 'nothing is good for now' but Itachi's way of phrasing... Fine, I'll change the topic then, Uchiha. How's your health?" She asked. She was holding the cold stone in her palm, but she can't feel that coldness against her skin at all.

"You know the answer, (y/n)-san... Both of us are just counting days for our death to pick us up. How about this question, is there anything you want to do before you die?" Itachi asked, now facing her at last.

The woman let out a chuckle which was heard like a mocking one. "None of that matters anyway, Itachi... My dreams or ambitions, I already threw them away long time ago... Wait, maybe I do have one." She said while picking a wild flower near her sitting place. She slowly plucked the petals one by one while looking at the poor flower in her grasp. "I want him to live and be happy..."

"I understand that very well, (y/n)-san... Some will say that our doings are stupid but... We know our actions the best." The raven stood up and jumped off the boulder. "Well, I'm sorry for your lost, (y/n)-san... Asuma-san is a good guy." He said and went into the lair, leaving (y/n) all alone there.

"Asuma-san... Yeah, he really is a nice man... He died and thank goodness that those duo also dead now... Or else, I'm the one who's gonna chop their head off for killing my comrade. Especially that slaughter maniac, Hidan... Hhmpph, If you can't die, it doesn't mean that you can live forever either, huh..."
