Ellise's Pov Well... Trina actually knows how to pick out clothes. I thought amused. I sat in the middle of the king size bed, squeezed inside a very cute and stylish simple black dress with long sleeves.
I was more nervous about having dinner with the Todoroki family. Enji didn't scare as bad like he use to. But that's cause he was always talking to me when he had time. Squirting some lotion on my hands I applied it all over my legs and feet rubbing it in.
I sighed at least the scent of cherry blossom could keep alright. I grabbed the black heels that were resting on the edge of the bed, I grabbed them slipping them on me easily.
"Ellise? Where are you are you ready-" Shoto's voice trailed off for a moment but I glanced up through my styled hair seeing him in a jean jacket with a white button up shirt and some back skinny jeans, wearing a black combat boot.
"Am I over dressed?" I questioned gesturing with my hand a bit. Shoto looked a little surprise and cleared his throat.
"I think you look really beautiful, it's different from you wearing sweats and leggings." He cleared his throat deeply shaking his head a bit. I chuckled standing up getting my balance.
I grabbed my purse putting everything inside it, I slipped my ring back on since I had taken it off during my bath.
"Yeah I'm ready." I announced. He held his hand out for me scooping it up in his. Not many words were said as we made our way out the hall all the way downstairs.
"Just a quick warning, my siblings are kinda.. Blunt and if my mom brings up Touya, she was in the mental hospital for a bit so she still gets upset." I fluttered my eyes fast. So there's more to the family I am marrying into?
__________________________ "Ellise! Nice to finally meet you I'm Fuyumi." I smiled gently wrapping the bright white haired girl returning the hug she squeezed me in rubbing at her shoulders slowly.
"Its nice to meet you Fuyumi." I smiled both of us parting from the very short lived hug.
"You are super pretty, I hope my idiot brother is treating you alright." I squirmed a little. Well truth be told he is super busy with his agency. We barely spoke really since moving in together.
We slept in the same bed but he was always getting out of bed around 5:00 am getting home at 11:00 pm, while me I had to be at work at 9:00 am being back at around 9:00 pm. So we both were busy things.
"Shut up Fuyumi." Shoto grumbled helping his mom Rei pass plates around the long table.
"Why couldn't dad set me up in a arrange marriage, shes so gorgeous and confident." Natsuo exclaimed out from where he sat messing with his phone.
"I'm not confident- I'm insecure about a lot of things." I chuckled nervously sitting down beside Shoto who pulled out a chair for me. I sat down watching Enji messing with his chopsticks next to Rei eating from his plate he filled up with no problems.
"Confidence can easily be taught Ellise." I flashed a light smile growing nervous everything was all set everyone soon sitting with ease.
I grabbed a bowl filling it with rice and other little vegetables and seasoned fish and meats hoping to just eat, but it was a dinner about me and Shoto.
Shoto easily grabbed a bowl full of noodles eating them instantly slightly slurping them. Of course I started thinking dirty and almost choked but I grabbed the glass of water drinking from it.
"Ellise dear, what is your quirk?" Rei asked me interested. I slowly cleared my throat.
"I can control the elements ma'am." I answered crossing my leg over the other bouncing my leg up and down.
"Ohh that's so cool I bet you are an awesome hero." Fuyumi grinned at me.
"Actually- I didn't wanna become a hero I didn't go to U.A I went to umm a normal high school, but I like work on the scenes with police officers." I answered clearing my throat.
"A stand by hero? I knew I recognized you." Natsuo grinned a bit interested.
"The elemental side hero, hot," I stuffed my face quickly with some more food trying to relax before my quirk acted up.
"How many kids Shoto sweetie?" He was still stuffing his face and lifted both colored eyes up swallowing all his food getting some on his cheek. I handed him a napkin which he grabbed.
"Five is what we agreed on even though I said seven." I choked right on my food getting a quick hard slap on the back from Shoto who gazed at me.
"Are you trying to kill her body! No one can push out seven kids Shoto slow down." Fuyumi laughed out so quickly passing Enji a plate he asked for.
"I saw a video when I was bored where a woman gave birth to eight. So I think Ellise could do it." Shoto nonchalantly explained shrugging his shoulders back.
"Once a woman had twenty, maybe twenty one if I recall." Natsuo joined in. Everyone was coughing and or laughing.
"Did she die? No woman can live after that." Enji stated I saw Shoto face palm hard while I started snickering hard.
"Too many kids that means she was pregnant every year in a half of her life." Rei spoke interested messing with her rice.
"Makes me miss Touya never is complete without him." Shoto lifted his head up a bit.
"Mom come on." He mumbled licking his inner cheek flicking his bangs from his hair while he ruffled them up.
"Rei come on, this is for Shoto and his now successful arrange marriage, lets be happy, to Ellise and Shoto." Enji raised his glass everyone slowly following suit.
I grabbed my drink drinking it slowly but I focused on Shoto when he leaned in whispering.
"So how about ten?" A low snort left me and I started laughing quietly.
"No." I giggled watching him actually crack what looked like a real smile when he chuckled. I guess for now it's not in the bad phase.
