━━GRACE WASN'T used to just moping around the house all day with nothing to do, but she also wasn't used to the feeling of heartbreak that Paul was making her feel. He hadn't texted her like he stated he would and so in return she started calling his phone, but again like last time, he just ignored them.

She wasn't sure exactly what to do now, she couldn't just pop back up at his house could she? No, she wouldn't do that. Last time was too embarrassing for her. She could try calling his dad, but she wouldn't because she knew of his complicated relationship with his father. Grace felt like she was doing too much, she had hope that he would show up at her house no longer angry, and ready to sweep her off her feet, but the girl knew it wouldn't happen that way.

Paul laid on his bed, looking up at the ceiling in thought. He felt bad for brushing her off the way he did, but he still needed time to process everything. Sam told him to distance himself for a bit, just until he could understand everything a little more, but as he laid there he already knew what he had to do. He loved Grace with his entire heart, but after finding out about imprints he slowly began to lose faith in their relationship. What if they weren't meant to be with each other? What if fate decided that she was better off with a more gentle hearted human that clearly wasn't him? He didn't want to take the chance of looking into her eyes and finding out the answer just yet, his best bet was to just end things before they both ended up heartbroken in the end. Just look at Leah and Sam, he couldn't put her through that.

He didn't want to break up with her through texts, but if he couldn't look her in the eyes and end it then it was probably his best bet. He grabbed his phone with a sigh, he was nervous. He didn't want to end things, but fear clouded him and he let it take over his body. Paul opened the messages between them two, his eyes watering at all of the ignored messages she had sent. He didn't let any tears drop though, not yet atleast.

He typed the words he had been thinking for the past few days, his finger hovering over the send button. Was he sure he wanted to do this? Not really. He wasn't ready to let go of her just yet, but he also wasn't ready to learn he was a wolf and yet that didn't stop him from phasing. The hothead clenched his fist together in hopes of easing him, before he finally sent the message.

No matter how emotional he was, Paul didn't let himself cry up until the read receipt popped up. Thats when he realized just how permanet his decision was.

Grace was doing the same thing she had been doing before, moping around the house, except this time her moping around the house turned into cleaning

Grace was doing the same thing she had been doing before, moping around the house, except this time her moping around the house turned into cleaning. She noticed how dirty her home had began to get, so since everyone was gone she decided to clean everything up.

She started with stripping the couch and beds and putting everything in the washer. Then she began picking everything up, sometimes Grace would babysit her neighbors 3 year old son for a little extra cash and with him being 3 and Grace forgetting easily, a lot of his toys still laid in her floor forgotten about.

After cleaning everything out of the floor, she grabbed the vacuum machine and began vacuuming the entire room. About two and a half hours had passed when Grace had gotten the message. She ran to her phone excitedly when hearing the familiar ding, she had hoped it was Paul.

When reading the message her smile quickly faded, the message was in fact from Paul, but it wasn't the type of message she had hoped to receive. She was looking more for a "Hey, I'm sorry I was acting like that. Wanna talk?" But she couldn't get that lucky.

She felt her lip quiver and she let out a small cry causing her to place her hand to her mouth in hopes of quieting down. The words "im sorry but I don't think this is gonna work" shined on the phone screen. Grace felt herself slowly fall to her knees, he was the one that kept her grounded with everything being as chaotic as it was, what was she gonna do without him?
