"I thought you said we were going to play FIFA after watching the match?" Fego raised his eyebrows at his friend, Greg.

"I thought so too, but I didn't expect my girl to come back early," Greg shrugged.

"I'm hurt. You chose the girl over me,"

"Anytime any day, bro," Greg leaned back on the couch nonchalantly.

"But I was supposed to annihilate you in Fifa. We don't even spend time together anymore,"

"When did you get in touch with your emotions,"

"Men feel too," Fego placed his hand on his chest.

"Yes, they do but not Fego Dickson. There's something you're not telling me abi?" Greg pointed at him suspiciously.

"Something like? You're also not telling me something,"

Greg sighed immediately. He knew what Fego was on about.

"Drop it, this guy," Greg was tired of this discussion with Fego.

"No, I wouldn't. How about I give you shares in my company if you tell me her name. First name even,"

"Eat your shares. My gallery is thriving since your last donation,"

"Leech,"

Greg opened his mouth to speak but was cut off immediately by the loud vibration of his phone on the table. Fego watched his best friend smile at his phone and place it on his ear.

"Baby," He cooed, causing Fego to make a disgusted face. His eyebrows moved closer to one another to show his disgust.

"Double date? I thought it was just us?" Greg looked confused while Fego almost started laughing. Greg didn't look happy at all.

"But Imani can take care of herself. She doesn't need your helping finding love," Fego's heart skipped a beat at the sound of the name of the girl that lived rent-free in his mind.

He had a lot of questions running through his mind. He was confused as to why Greg's girlfriend was trying to set her up on a date. His belly grew hot with a little anger. He didn't know why he was feeling this way, but he was angry.

"Okay, babe. I don't promise not sneaking away with you and leaving them alone," The word alone rang in Fego's mind continuously. He was upset that Imani would have agreed to a dumb thing like that. He felt the urge to get up and call her, but he didn't want Greg to know anything.

Greg sighed and dropped the phone on the table.
"I should be leaving in the next thirty minutes. So we can play," Greg said, picking up the controller from the table.

Fego hadn't heard a word that Greg had uttered. He had been thinking of ways to get the location of their double date out of Greg.

"So you're going on a date, yeah?" He tried to sound as casual as possible. He didn't want to raise any suspicion.

"Yeah," Greg shrugged.

"Double date, huh?" He continued.

"Yeah," Greg put on the game and was staring at the tv.

"Why do women always want to double date?" Fego said.

"I don't even know. I already made dinner reservations now I have to cancel and make reservations for four," Greg said.

"I hope it's not a restaurant that has issues because I've been to those and the experience was trash,"

"No, it's not. You know the place. You've been photographed there a lot with your monthly conquests," Greg teased.
