The Wolfhards house

I wake up soaking wet again because it rained again. I pick up my backpack and it's wet too I grab some clothes and there pretty wet but I have no choice so I put them on and start walking to school. when I get there finn starts walking up to me. great. just great.

"Hey Hannah I have your phone.........wait why are you wet," finn asks while handing me my phone. 

"I uh took a shower this morning" I lie to him.

"in your clothes?" he says looking at my clothes.

"oh look at the time I have to go" I start to walk past him but he steps in front of me witch causes me to walk into him. I step back and say "excuse me" and try to walk past again but he grabs my arms and puts me back in front of him.

"Why are you wet"

"I'm late" I try to shove past him but he doesn't let me past. I try to walk the other way past him but he steps in front of me again. 

"I'm not letting you past until you tell me why your wet"

"FINE, I slept outside okay. happy?"

"Why the hell did you sleep outside"

"because finn I'm not like you I don't have friends to go to when I get kicked out of my house. I don't have a family to go to"

"you can.......you can stay with me," finn says while looking at the ground.

"no thanks"

"wait why" he whips his head up at me.

"because your supposed to be mean to me remember"

"You're staying with me until your dad tells you you can come back...wait no I'm not letting you go back to your abusive dad" he whispers the last part. 

I think he saw me shivering because he offered me his sweatshirt but I declined.

(time skip)

school was really weird today instead of finn calling me names and bulling me he was nice and held doors open for me. I headed to the parking lot and seen finn leaning against his car waiting for me. I walk over and he opens the door for me. I get in and he walks around and gets in.

"you know I really miss the mean finn"

all he does is smile and drive to his house.

a while later we get to his house and he brings me up to his room. he told me to take a warm shower and his parents should be home in a little while.

I walk into his bathroom and take a shower.. after my shower I realize I didn't grab clothes so I walk out with a towel around me to see finn on his bed looking at me.

"where are my clothes?"

"I uh I put them in the dryer.....oh and the only thing that wasn't wet was these shorts" he tossed me the shorts.

"Finn what do you expect me to do..... walk around your house in a pair of shorts," I say sarcastically.

"uh you could but my parents are home" he laughs.

"uhhhhggggg just give me a sweatshirt or something please" I groan.

"in my closet behind you, there are sweatshirts"

I grab a sweatshirt from behind me and go back in the bathroom and get dressed in my shorts and his sweatshirt. I come out and Finn is not in his room so I walk downstairs and see finn talking to his mom and dad. I walk into the kitchen where they are and stand next to finn and everyone goes quiet.

"So you must be Hannah," Finn's mom says. finn gives her a death stare and she just says "I won't. I won't" and that makes me really curious.

"so finn tells us you are going to be staying with us for a few weeks" I look at finn because I didn't know I was staying that long and he just shrugs.

"uh, yeah I guess" I reply to his dad.

"I'm going to make dinner ill let you know when it's done," his mom tells us.

finn grabs my hand and pulls me upstairs. he sits on his bed and turns on a movie. I just sit down in his spinny chair and spin in circles like a child. I can hear him laughing at me so I stop dramatically and look at him and glare.

"so um Saturday I have a football game..... I was wondering if you wanted to come..........if we win this game then we go to the playoffs. and it would be really cool if you could come"

I don't know anything about football and I don't even know if highschool goes to playoffs or what playoffs are just to let you know -Author 

"yea I'll come it sounds like fun" I lied it doesn't sound like fun I know absolutely nothing about football but ill go because I have nothing else to do. plus tomorrow's Saturday and I don't want to sit here all alone. I continue to spin in the chair.

a little while later we hear Finn's mom yell "dinners ready" he pops up and before I could get up he spins the chair really fast and runs down the stairs.

"FINNN" I yelled running after him. he gets to the bottom of the stairs and shuts his eyes and sticks his tongue out at me. before he opens his eyes I already tackled him to the ground.

"wow you should try out for the football team" he jokes.

I look over at Finn's mom whos just smiling at us and I quickly get off of him and help him up.

"young love," she says.

"uh no he's not..... we're not...I'm not.....no" I say as I sit at the table next to finn. an older guy who looks a lot like finn comes downstairs and sits across from me then his mom and dad sit down.

"This is my brother, Nick," finn says.

"omg is this Hannah," Nick asks finn. Finn just nudges him in the shoulder.

after we all eat finn and I watch a movie on his bed. I ended up falling asleep to the movie.

(Finns pov) 

Hannah ended up falling asleep to the movie so I shut it off. she looked so peaceful when she was asleep. she looked as if she wasn't worried all the time or scared of something like she normally looks. I took her in my arms and fell asleep.

(as you can tell Finn had a secret crush on Hannah and would talk about her to his parents and Nick all the time so that's why they ask is shes "THE HANNAH" dramatic pause.)
