Sirius's Daughter

Part 5: Merry Christmas....

The first couple months of your last year were dreadful! Luckily you leave for Christmas break tomorrow you couldn't wait to be out of Hogwarts and back with Bill. It was now dinner and you were sitting with the twins at the Gryffindor table. "So is everyone excited for break!" Harry asks. Ron was stuffing his face but managed to stop to nod. "I bet y/n is huh?!" Ginny teases. "Ginny I'll bring up who you have a crush on." You joke and her face gets pink and her eyes go wide. "Okay okay..I'll stop!" Everyone laughs. After dinner you make sure all your things are packed. You set the necklace with Bill's promise ring on your nightstand so in the morning you could put it on and leave ASAP. After gathering everything you lay in bed and drift to sleep.

It was now morning and you didn't get a good nights sleep due to your constant butterflies of seeing Bill again. You get up to style your hair , you decided to straighten it. You put on a long sleeve red sweater and some black jeans. You grab your trunk and head down to the others. You all had breakfast before catching the train. You sat with George while Fred and Angelina made out across from you both. You lay your head on George's shoulder and he plays with your hair until we arrive at the burrow. You were all walking it the beautiful but icy cold snow and as you approached Bill came running out. Your heart started beating faster but he didn't look to happy. He pulled you aside in a hurry "Y/n listen.. I know this is wrong and you are going to be upset but-" he gets cut off "Oh my! Y/n it's so nice to see you again!" She pulls you into a hug. A blonde blue eyes beauty stood before you. "Fleur what are you doing here?.." you questioned. Bill's face falls "Oh Bill didn't tell you? We are back together! Isn't that great!" She has the brightest smile but your heart sinks. You gulp trying to contain the tears. "Oh.. wow congratulations that's...uh that's amazing I'm so happy for you.." you say your voice going soft. She smiles before walking back inside. "Y/n..listen" "No! How could you! I trusted you! I gave myself to you and you do this to me?!" You are infuriated and heartbroken at the same time because you're yelling as tears run down your face. "I didn't mean for it to happen okay?! I just I..." his eyes have tears forming. "It doesn't matter. I'm done with you....guess I won't be needing this huh?" You grab the necklace and rip it off. You throw it to him. "So much for waiting." You drag your trunk through the snow wiping your tears so Mrs.Weasley won't notice. "Oh darling! It's so good to see you!" She wraps you into a hug. "Also, Fleur kind of took over your room while you were away... I wasn't told until later or I would've prevented it. I'm sorry dear." She says. Great first Bill now my room, where am I supposed to stay.. Ginny has Hermione over for break. Ron has Harry the twins have each other. Charlie had already taken the coach. "It's okay. It's not your fault" you assure her. You leave your trunk under the stairs so no one will trip over it. Bill eventually comes inside his face red from the cold you don't even look at him. Instead you sit in between the twins. "Hey.. you okay.." George whispers. Just hearing that you want to cry. "Uh..yeah just don't want to talk about it right now.." you whisper back. You hide your face in his chest and George plays with your hair as Fred rubs your back. Fleur makes her way over to Bill as he puts his arm around her. "Well Sirius, Remus and Tonks should be on there way soon!" Mr.Weasley announces. Great now I have to deal with two problems. "Uh..you know Mrs.Weasley, I'm not feeling that great today so uh..I think I should just go get some rest somewhere I can find since my room is occupied." You give Fleur a fake smile. She walks over to you "oh dear let me see!" She places her hand on your forehead to see if their is a fever running. "Bill do you mind taking care of-" she starts and your eyes widen cause you know what she's about to say. "Actually I'll do it!" George quickly interrupts and everyone looks at him confused. "Uh...well Fred and I have two separate beds she can take mine and I'll find someplace later on." He answers and Mrs.Weasley agrees and George leads you up stairs. "Thank you..." he nods. "Welcome to the Weasley twin's sleeping quarters. As if you haven't been here a million times" you both laugh. He hands you his jumper. "What's this for?" "Well assuming Fleur took your room its just something to get comfortable in" you nod and quickly change as he looks away. He's about to walk out "WAIT!" You yell and he turns around "uh..I.. was just wondering if you could stay for a bit.." he smiles and walks over to you in his bed and crawls in next to you. You cuddle into his chest. "So..what did Bill tell you..you don't have to talk about it of course!" "Its fine...he just said that he didn't mean for it to happen..." George looks at you "Not even an apology?! Are you kidding me!" "It's okay. I don't need one.. we weren't even together.." you say softly "Oh bullshit Y/n! Maybe it wasn't "official" but anyone a 100 miles away could tell how deeply in love you two were." Tears fall down your face and you cry into his chest. He strokes your hair "I'm so sorry y/n... you don't deserve this..." as he says that Charlie comes in and you quickly try to wipe your tears. "Hey George...mind if I talk to Y/n for a bit?" He asks. He nods and whispers to you "if you start to feel better come down stairs I have something for you" and he walks out the door. You are still wiping your tears as he approaches you. "Hah...sorry we were watching a sad movie..." he looks at the tv "the tv isn't on Y/n" he replies "I said were..." "I heard what happened..." you look down. "So everyone knows..." "I mean it's pretty obvious...you two were madly in love before you left to Hogwarts and a few months later he's with Fleur it wasn't hard to connect the dots...when did he break things off?" You scoff " When?! It broke things off today. I didn't know about Fleur until today! He lead me on thinking we could actually be something and he gives me a promise ring but when I come back he has a whole girlfriend!.." You are crying again and Charlie pulls you into a hug. "Why didn't he want me Char why was I not good enough for him..." you sob. "No. Y/n he wasn't good enough for you! Get up right now get dressed and get downstairs. I will not let you cry or be alone for another minute because of my stupid brother!" He says sternly and you do so. You put on a red dress with black knee high boots. "Much better." He smiles and takes your hand to lead you down stairs. Mrs.Weasley catches you coming down. "Oh my dear! You look gorgeous!" Bill looks up and stairs at you. "She just needed a little fashion advice huh Y/n" he winks and you giggle. Sirius , Lupin and Tonks finally arrived and were in the kitchen with Mrs&Mr Weasley and Bill and Fleur. "I heard y/n has been getting in a bit of a mix recently." Sirius says. "Oh it's no big deal Sirius! She's going through a phase let the girl live" Mrs.Weasley always defended you. "Well...she did make that remark about me taking her room.. she seemed a bit rude and stand offish." Sirius slams the table "Damn it that girl. Always causing trouble! Sometimes I wish her mother would've kept her!" He says angrily because he didn't know you were listening. "She's a failure. She will only ever be left broken and it's her fault!" He finishes. A tear falls down your face. "Sirius black! I will Avada Kadavra you if you ever say something like that again! She's your daughter!" Tonks says quietly but still in anger. You peek from around the corner. " you really think that I'm broken..." you look at him tears full in your eyes. He turns around and everyone's mouth drops. "You know...there was a time where I'd say I was so grateful I knew you for a couple of years before you left...but I really wish I never knew you at all....I wish I was never your daughter...Once you met Harry it's like I was nothing like I didn't exist to you!" "YOU ARE NOTHING Y/N!" Sirius yells " I didn't want you! I went to prison to get as far away from you as possible!" Your heart was broken into a million more pieces. "Y/n that's not true you know that!" Bill tries to go to you but Fleur pushes him back "why are you defending her!" She whispers. You are speechless. "I'm out of here..." you grab your coat and run out of the burrow into the freezing night...
