Katsuki never thought he'd be mindful of other people, but he did. After Shitty Hair confessed to him, Bakugou became extremely aware of the redhead.

Shitty Hair is always sincere, in everything he does or says. But after that night, Katsuki cannot help but think that whatever comes out of Shitty Hair is connected to his feelings.

"You're so manly, Bakugou!" Shitty Hair once said during battle training. Well, Shitty Hair always says that, and Katsuki is pretty much used to it, but he cannot help but be conscious when the redhead said that this time.

"Your curry is really one of the best that I tasted!" The redhead chuckled, fighting Dunce Face at the table for more servings of Katsuki's curry. Katsuki bit his lower lip, looking anywhere but Shitty Hair. He can't help but smile.

"Thank you for putting up with me and still teaching me! Hehe!" The rest of the idiots followed after him but Katsuki's eyes remained on Shitty Hair.

"Tell me if I can help with anything." Kirishima gently told him, after he told the idiots about the hate messages he's been receiving since first year. The other idiots told him the same thing, but when it came from Shitty Hair, it felt different.

Upon learning of Shitty Hair's feelings, Katsuki noticed that the redhead is much, much more sincere. He always looks after Katsuki even though he knows Katsuki can handle himself very well. He always listens, he always understands, not even the other idiots do that.

Only Kirishima.

And, Katsuki isn't someone who measures the things he does or says, but after that night and learning all the little things about Shitty Hair's feelings, he became extremely aware of it with Shitty Hair.

It's so out of character, but Katsuki knows why he's like that. He doesn't want to hurt Kirishima more than he did when he rejected him. Kirishima is a friend, and he'll never hurt a friend emotionally . He'll blast them away when they are being idiots, but he'll never make fun of their feelings.

Before Katsuki knew it, he built a wall in the middle of them, so that he cannot hurt a friend anymore? Or so that he doesn't need to deal with the uncomfortable feelings it brought him?

Then, Deku started putting distance between them, too. Katsuki thought at first that maybe Deku is just experiencing puberty. The kid is what, ten, eleven? So Katsuki let it pass. But then, it stretched into a year and Deku still felt far from him. Deku and Katsuki called and texted each other, but Katsuki is sure the last time he has seen Deku was on his graduation. Tch.

After they graduated from UA, their class remained close- texting and calling each other. Some of them went far, some remained a train ride away. Bakugou and the rest of the idiots stayed in Tokyo. Dunce Face and Soy Sauce Face stayed in one agency, Pinky and Shitty Hair in one, too. While Katsuki stayed with the half-and-half bastard in Endeavor's agency. Nothing extraordinary happened to most of them, they are all busy with being a hero.

The only extraordinary thing that happened is probably with the half-and-half bastard. Less than six months into being pro, the horny alpha got himself an omega, married and now expecting twins.

Most of their classmates also hooked up with one another and Katsuki of course, is jealous. Deku is still a kid, he's sure the little devil didn't know Katsuki likes him.

Ugh, he wants a drink.

The only person who stayed with him is the idiots. But, there is one person he knows who will be there whenever he calls for him. "Shitty Hair."
