I ran around, with the gun in my hand. Bombs dropping left and right. I was running as fast as I could my hair, up in a ponytail, was swaying back and forth. My helmet was flopping back and forth on my head. My face was bleeding from someone shooting a bullet at my helmet and it bouncing off. Lifeless bodies fell to the ground, most of then hit the ground dead but some hit the ground holding their wounds I turned around and looked at Steve. He fell to the ground, right then I started to cry. I ran toward him, falling on my knees. He laid on the ground, holding his side, he was shot. I was balling; I held his head and put it on my lap. “Steve!” I said he just groaned. “Steve, I can fix this.” I said wiping the tears away from my eyes. I looked around, “Have to stop the bleeding” I whispered. I looked at my pants all torn, I look the bottom part of my pants and ripped the fabric up to my knee. I put it on his wound. He looked at me and said, “Its fine.”

“NO its not!” I yelled at him crying. He pushed my hands away from him.

“I have to go, its time for me to go.” He said calmly

I pulled back and huffed trying to stop the river like flowing of tears from my face, “I-I-I can't live with out you, I love you.” I said, he put his hand to my face.

“I love you too.” He said, a tear went down his face. I wiped it off of his scratched up face that was beautiful before he left. “Why did you come?” he said.

“Because I didn’t want you to leave me, forever.” I cried.

“Listen to me,” he said taking his hand away from my face, “I will never leave you.” he put his hand on my chest, “I’m in h-e-r-e.” his had fell. The war hand moved on bodies where only left. People came threw and picked up Steve, the medics. I watched them take him away; his hand was off the stretcher. I saw him look at me as they took my love away. I ran after them.
