Sammy x Wally [the new type of feeling]

Chapter eleven: Growing Family

-Wally pov-
Popping into work with a big smile on my face today being the day Sammy and I get a new member of our family. After lots of discussions and planning we were finally ready for the baby. I was super excited telling my good friends Shawn about the whole thing. He had been working alongside me for a while to help me with money stuff mostly and I helped him get his toy store dream off the ground. "Wow! "Congratulations wally." Shawn said softly.

"Thank you." He said as he smiled happily.

"So what do you wanna get a boy or a girl," Shawn asked.

"We don't know yet it's a surprise." Wally answered.

"Well I'm glad, I'll be looking forward to meeting this lucky baby."

"Aww thanks shawn."

"Your welcome. And hey if you need help. I got twin girls and a baby boy at home so don't hesitate to ask me for help alright."

"Alrighty!"

"Ok well I have to get back to work and have fun with your baby."

"We will. Bye shawn!"

"Bye wally!"

I walked off with a smile on my face full with joy and excitement as he went to Sammy's office and gave him a nice big hug and kiss on the cheek. He'd always given Sammy his own personal space in his work because he had ideas he would go to my office which I guess was the quietest or the most comfortable.
"Oh hello love." Sammy said returning his love with the kisses

"Hello Sammy." Wally said as he sat on his lap and smiled up at him. "Are you excited?"

"Yes I am. I'm doing my best to get done early." He said playing with Wally's hair.

"We still have to go to the store to get food for dinner tonight."

"I got the list."

They both smiled at each other and shared a kiss. They have been married for a year now since they had to wait 9 months before the baby was born and it had to be taken care of for a little before they could finally have them they were excited for there baby:

Sammy and I were shopping for groceries for dinner since I was making something homemade to make sure it felt more welcoming them just buying something frozen or ordering something. Once everything was bought and loaded into the car we made our way back home to wait. Once home I started making food and Sammy made bottles for the baby since we were taking in a baby. We were having a little baby shower/ gender reveal party for everyone to come and meet the baby. Shawn walked in with his kids and his wife smiling. "Oh how are you two?" He asked.

Wally smiled and ran over hugging him. "Hi Shawn I'm glad you all made it." He knelt down to the kids since the girls were pulling on his shirt and saying uncle Wally over went over trying to get his attention. Wally gave the girls there hugs and treats before he got up to show Shawn around. Walky hadn't seen Shawn in a long time so it was nice to have his best friend back. After a while everyone was there but the surget mother. Wally walked back a forth in a panic and pulled on his face. "Oh no what if she changed her mind w-what if she doesn't like us anymore! W-what if-" he said before he was cut off my a kiss from sammy.
"My love don't fret ok. I'm sure she's coming" he said, the doorbell rang. "That must be her." He added before walking to the door to answer it and there she was.
"Hi I'm sorry I'm late I got stuck in- oof!" Wally full booked it and ran hugging her. "I see you're excited."
"He's been waiting for a while" sammy said
"We've Sammy, we've been waiting and yes where are they?"
"Right here" she said, zipping her jacket down a bit and picking up the baby girl.
Wally smiled and took her from the woman's arms to hold her. He cried as he rubbed his finger on her chubby cheek and her small hands grabbing onto it. Wally was so caught into the moment he forgot one important thing, her name. For a long time they'd been stressed with the house and getting everything ready they haven't had time to sit down and actually talk about it. "Sammy dear..... we didn't think of a name...." he said nervously, his face already turning red.
"Oh yeah well let's think about it right now how about Hazel.. like her eyes...." He said as he poked her nose making her giggled and squirm a bit.
"Yeah..... Hazel...." Wally smiled and kissed her head. The night was short since most of them left early so the new parents could spend time with their new baby. It was only truly the beginning of the long life together.

Oof..... I was like pushing myself to finish this I'm sorry it took so long I got to a bad place with school and In my head but I'm back and hopefully I'll be able to finish this//
