Chapter 6

"What I was wondering was if it meant anything?"

Third Person

Nezuko was losing her mind. Her head was spinning like there was no tomorrow

'How do I answer this? What do I do?'Should I tell him that I like him? No, of course not! Should  I just say it didn't mean anything? That way I can just say it was because we used to do it as kids! Yeah!

"No no, of course not! It was just because we used to do it as kids you know? It doesn't mean anything" Nezuko said in a not so confident voice

Nezuko could've sworn she saw the slightest glint of sadness in his eyes before his face returned to a stone cold look, leaving Nezuko to wonder if she was imagining it.

"I see" he said and walked away

"No wa-" 

Muichiro had already left 

'You idiot! Look what you did!' She thought as she continued to slam her head against the wall

"What are you doing?" said a voice

'Oh shit'

"Yuichiro! I'm just standing" Nezuko said as she mentally slapped herself since she knew Yuichiro would be able to see through her

He looked at her with a face of worry and disgust

"You were standing or banging your head on a wall?" He asked

Nezuko knew she could no longer avoid lying since she sucked at it

"Please don't tell Muichiro"

"You think I would? I couldn't give less of a crap about your love lives. All I know is that you made a stupid mistake last night and Muichiro knows"

'He knows?'

"You like him but you won't say anything"

"I like him a little bit...... Hey, how do you know?"

"You think we don't know you two like each other? Please, a blind person could see that you guys are in love"

"I-In love?! No!" Nezuko said

Yuichiro internally banged his head on a wall and sighed

"I don't care about whatever crap you think. You two like each other, end of the story. Just confess so I don't have to keep looking at you two poorly attempt to flirt. It's sickening. Honestly, two of the smartest kids in our school, and yet both of you are so stupid when it comes to your feelings." 

As Yuichiro  turned around and began to walk, he stopped. 

"You know, my brother really likes you. Maybe you're too stupid to notice it, but it's not a lie. I passed by him before coming here, and he looked fucking miserable. I know I said I don't give crap about what relationships you two have with each other, but I do give a shit about the well-being of both Muichiro and you. I don't want you or him to get hurt, especially Muichiro. You and I may be close friends, but that won't stop me from drawing the line if you hurt him. I hope you two resolve this, whether you stay as friends or something else"

She didn't say anything, she just stood there as she watched Yuichiro walk into his room. Her feet were planted into the ground, unable to move. Too many thoughts were spinning around her head. 

'Is Yuichiro right? Does Muichiro like me? There's no way he does. I'm just getting my hopes up. But what if he does? Then what do I do? What should I say? How should I approach him? How do I resolve this?'

Nezuko stood still as her vision began to blur. 

'I don't know what to do. Shouldn't I know how to make a situation better?  If that's the case, then why am I just making the situation worst? I've made Muichiro  feel horrible and I don't know what to do'

Her legs finally collapsed under her as she fell to the floor, shaking. Tears began falling down her face. 

She sobbed and sobbed, taking heavy, shaky breaths.

"Nezuko... Nezuko! What happened?! Are you ok? Why are you crying?!" M & Y (still don't have a name) mom said as she knelt down beside her

'I'm not even sure why I'm crying'

Muichiro and Yuichiro both walked out of their rooms simultaneously. Nezuko refused to look up, as she didn't want to face him right now

'What do I do?'

I'm sorry it's so short and I' sorry. haven't posted in so long as well. I'm going to resume writing and I'm going to finish the story
