Deep within the void of space, hidden amongst an asteroid field, floated a large spacecraft. Inside the darkened ship was a large control room with the monitors shut down while four large capsules rested against the back wall. Suddenly one of the monitors began to beep, the light from the monitor briefly illuminating one of the capsules to reveal a robotic figure inside. The monitor soon came to life as the face of a red and blue robot appeared on screen and spoke. "I have a message for all Autobots scattered throughout the galaxies. Though Cybertron has fallen, we still stand. Follow these coordinates to join us, priority prime." The monitor switched to a map of a galaxy with a dot on it, GPS coordinates appearing next to it. Once the message ended the lights of the control room powered up, the ship's engines quickly following as it blasted off towards the supplied coordinates.

Earth

The spaceship soon entered earth's atmosphere, it's engines smoking, before it harshly crash landed amongst an empty military base. The ship skidded for a moment before it slammed to a halt against a metal tower. A moment later the ship's hatch unlocked before opening, a large walkway lowering to the ground. Slowly four Cybertronian men, a red one, a blue one, an orange one, and a green one, all their colors faded with time, exited the ship and looked around. "What is this place?" the green bot asked in wonderment. "Earth." a voice said behind them, the group of bots turning around to see the same bot from the video message standing slightly hidden in the shadows. "And I am Optimus Prime." Optimus introduced himself, stepping out of the shadows.

"Rescue Force Sigma 17 reporting for duty." the red bot replied, saluting the Prime as he approached. Optimus slid back his facemask, a look of surprise crossing his face as he spoke. "I was not aware rescue teams were...still active." "Whatever there is an emergency, there are Rescue Bots, sir." the blue bot answered. "Wait. Why wouldn't we be active?" the orange bot asked. "How long were we in status? We better check in with Cybertron H.Q." "That will not be necessary, or possible. Cybertron is no longer our home. This planet is." Optimus revealed. The Rescue Bots' eyes widened in shock.

Griffin Rock

Just off the coast of Maine on a lone island was the town of Griffin Rock. Down by the docks was the town sign, the worlds 'Griffin Rock 1649' carved into the old wood. A seagull landed atop the sign to rest only for a robotic hand to emerge from behind the sign and proceeded to gently push the seagull off. The seagull flew off into the air, dodging past a large blimp which slowly flew over the town. An older man quietly mows his lawn as his neighbor across the street placed a helmet on his head before powering up his heli-pack and took off into the air.

Just coming down the street on a bicycle was an 8 year old boy with short blonde hair wearing a short sleeved green shirt with a brown bomber jacket over it, long light brown pants, and brown shoes. This boy is Cody Burns, the youngest member of the Burns family. Cody biked leisurely before coming to a stop and smiled up at the man in the heli-pack who flew towards him. "Hi, Mr. Harrison." Cody greeted said man, Mr. Harrison smiling and waving in turn before losing his balance with his heli-pack. "Whoa!" Cody said, ducking as Mr. Harrison flew crazily over his head and down the block. "I'm okay." Mr. Harrison called out in assurance. Cody continued on his way down the street before a siren filled the air, a voice calling out to him. "Cody Burns, Griffin Rock P.D. Please pull over."

Cody pulled his bike to a stop as an old police car pulled up alongside him. Sitting in the driver's seat is an older gentleman with short silver hair and a matching mustache wearing a standard blue police uniform. This man is Charlie Burns, the chief of Griffin Rock's police department and Cody's father. "Figured you'd want to say goodbye to the old rust bucket." Chief Burns said, patting the squad car's door. "It's her last day on the job." Cody sighed. "I still don't understand why the city's making you get a new car, Dad." Cody said to his father. "This one works fine." "Progress, kiddo." Chief Burns shrugged. "Town wouldn't be a high-tech testing ground if we stayed bad." "Give it up, Dad." the young man in the passenger seat spoke up.
