Powers?

-Meliodas POV-

Is it something I can do to make Elizabeth want to stay? I would do anything. I don't want her to leave. I wouldn't be able to take it.

"Elizabeth?" I spoke for the first time today. She looked at me worriedly.

"Is- is it something I have done? Something I have done that make you don't want to stay? Is it something I can do for you to stay?" I asked. Then I looked down at the floor and asked "Am- Am I not good enough for you?"

She ran up to me immediately as tears ran down my face. She hugged me and said "No! No! No! You didn't do anything wrong! It's- It's-" Elizabeth said as she broke down in tears and fell to her knees.

I fell too. We was cuddling, hugging and crying with each other now. I didn't want to let her go and she didn't want me to let her go.

"Please, Elizabeth. Don't leave me. Please!" I begged. She cried and said "I-I won't! I will stay! I don't want to be separated from you! I love you!"

"I love you too!" I said. Then I picked Elizabeth up and walked to the bed as well as going on top of her. The next thing I did was kiss her.

-Elizabeth's POV-

We was breathing heavily as we laid down in bed beside each other. It's the second time we have done this.

I still feel bad about not telling him I am a human, but what can I do? I stood up and started dressing myself.

"Already getting up?" Meliodas asked. I nodded with a smile.

"Yeah, I'm hungry." I said, he just responded with "We can just ask Chandler to get us food."

"I rather walk there myself. It's good to move around a bit." I said, making him nod and get himself ready. Then we walked down to get breakfast as we planned the wedding the test of the day.

Me and Meliodas was pretty tired when we was done, so we got to bed early. It didn't take long before we fell asleep.

I woke up in the middle of night and needed to go to the restroom.

Carefully, I undid Meliodas grip around me and got out of bed. It was so dark, I didn't see anything. Then suddenly, I tripped, making a loud noise when I hit the ground and hurt my leg.

"Elizabeth? You okay?" I heard Meliodas tired voice as he got up and walked over to me.

"Y-yeah, I-I just hurt my l-leg." I said, the pain making me stutter. Meliodas walked towards me and sat down beside me as I put my hands around my leg to ease the pain.

Suddenly my hands started glowing white.

"W-what? What's happening?!" I asked and took away my hands from my leg that was completely fine now.

Meliodas stared at me with a shocked face. Then he asked "Why didn't you tell me?"

"Meliodas? What's happening?" I asked as my hands didn't stop glowing.

"Why didn't you tell me you was a goddess?!" He asked, he sounded so hurt, but I had no idea what he was talking about.

"What are you talking about? Goddess? I'm a human, not goddess!" I said.

"You knew you wasn't a demon and still not told me?" He asked, sounding so hurt.

"I tried to, but couldn't bring myself to." I said as the glowing slowly faded. He said "I need to think." and walked out of the room.

I knew it. He hates me! Because... because I am a human! I will accept being adopted, no one wants me here anyways.

I stood up, taking of my ring off and laying it down on the nightstand before I ran out of the room, down to the gate and out in the town. Not only that, but I wrote a note to him, just to tell him I was leaving and placed it with the ring.

I'm gonna pack my things at my parents house and go early in the morning.

After running a bit, about 30 minutes, I arrived at my parents house and knocked on the door.

Mom was the one open the door.

"Honey! What's wrong?" Mom asked as she saw my tears.

"I-I'm going t-to t-t-the human r-realm t-to the adoptive f-family." I said. Mom nodded and hugged me as we walked inside.

"Did something happen?" Mom asked. I nodded and answered "M-Meliodas f-ound out I-I'm not a d-demon."

"My darling. Come on, let's pack your things. Dad will send a letter, saying you will come right away. They will send a horse and carriage for you." Mom said. I nodded and we walked up to my room. I'm lucky I hadn't moved in with Meliodas yet.

"Send that letter to Liones now!" Mom yelled and dad yelled back "I do it right away."

Then me and mom started packing. It took about two hours of us packing, and it was about one hour until the carriage would come, we had plenty of time to get everything to the carriage.

I waited for the carriage to arrive as I said my byes to my parents.

-Meliodas POV-

I woke up in my office chair. Not remembering what happened at the spot. It was first when I arrived at my room when I remembered how she lied to me. Ever since we meet, she have lied to me. Saying she was a demon while she was one of those goddesses.

Elizabeth wasn't in the room. Maybe she walked outside? Or ate breakfast.

I laid down in bed. Elizabeth looked a bit sad tonight. Maybe I should have stayed with her? But she knew she wasn't a demon and didn't tell me. She lied to me about that, how much have she lied to me?

On the other hand, she didn't even know what her healing power was. Maybe she really didn't know she was a goddess? That she just thought she was a human.

The demons and father drives away and banish all humans that come here. Even I have done that, maybe she was scared that it would happen to her?

If it's like that, then it's my fault too. She thought I would hate her if I knew. Of course she would hide it from me then.

"I will talk to her when she is done eating or whatever she is doing." I said to myself and turned to my side. I looked at the nightstand to see some silver and pink on it.

I sat up and looked at it, it was the ring I gave her. Why would she leave it here? Then I saw a note and picked it up.

Dear Meliodas.

I understand if you hate me now. I'm sorry, I lied to you about my race. I don't know what you said about the goddesses, but I know that most demons don't like humans. Therefore I will go away by myself to not cause trouble to you.

I wish you luck and an amazing future. Also that you could find someone else to love that will love you back as much as I do... because I really love you. More then anything else.
