I look down, not realizing it wasn't just a plain white t-shirt like I had thought, but instead a band tee. Owen chuckles to himself and doesn't even try to help me out. "I uh.. I'll just go change." I nod before quickly walking out of the kitchen. I walk into my room and pull of Charlie's shirt, grabbing one of mine instead. How did I not notice that it was Charlie's shirt? And I slept in it. I finish changing and walk back to the kitchen, placing the shirt in Charlie's hands.
"You didn't have to change." He says smugly, keeping his same smirk. Owen peaks over his shoulder. "Yes she did." He says before walking back over to the fridge. Owen hated his friends flirting with me. There was a time I wasn't even allowed most as them. Owen realized I wasn't his baby sister anymore, I mean I still was but the older I got, the more protective he got. Owens always been protective and Charlie was no exception. I could already tell from Charlie's personality that he was just an overall sweet person. He was insanely talented and not to mention attractive. Most people skip his goofy personality but that's what was kinda drawing me in about him. He knew exactly how to cheer me up even if it meant he was gonna fall off some stupid log. Owen still claimed, however, that I was off limits to his friends. Which is completely bull crap in my opinion. I was eighteen and old enough to like who I wanted to. If Charlie and I did happen (not saying we were going to or anything) develop a crush on each other, I knew Owen wouldn't approve. It was best to keep my distance from him and try not to stir up any friendship drama because of a school girl crush. Even if his dreamy hazel eyes loved eye contact just as much as I did. The boys finish cooking breakfast and we all sit down together to eat. The door opens and I glance down the hall. It was another guy, who seemed the same age or a bit older than Owen, wearing a white t-shirt and black ripped jeans.
"Jer!" Charlie says, chuckling softly. Jer? That had to be short for something. "Jeremy, this is my little sister, Mila." Owen introduces. Ah. Jeremy. That's a cute name. I smile at him and shake his hand. "You seem like you have really good fashion taste. You and my wife would get along amazingly." Jeremy says, blushing when he mentions his wife. I smile more when I notice. He barely spoke of her but I knew this guy was in love with her. "Well I'm here for the summer, so I would love to meet her." I tell him and he nods quickly. We finish up eating and I walk to clean up since the boys cooked. "You really don't have to. I can just clean when we get back from filming." Charlie says, trying to get me to move away from the dishes. I shake my head at him and reach over to grab the dish soap. "I seriously don't mind. I'm going to be staying here for a while too. Least I could do is help clean." I smile at him before washing up the little bit of dishes we used. Owen put away the food before checking the time on his phone.
"Time to go, kids." He says before walking to grab his stuff. I roll my eyes before grabbing a water bottle and purse as I knew how hot it was outside. We all walk outside together and get into a car. It was a very fancy black car, that kind that you only see celebrities in. I never thought of myself being in the back of one. I knew the boys belonged back here. Owen and Charlie scrolled through tik tok most of the drive there, gaining a few laughs from all of us as I peaked over Charlie's shoulder.
"You were in Charmed? No way, I used to love that show." I say, looking at him. "Yeah it wasn't much but it was fun." He explains and smiles at me. "He got some spicy scenes though." Jeremy says and wiggles his eyebrows at Charlie. I look at them before taking out my phone. I wanted to know what Jeremy was talking about. If a man as attractive as he was is getting spicy I low key kind of wanted to see it. Owen snatches my phone away from me. "I know exactly what you're looking up. No." He says and places my phone in his lap. My jaw drops and Charlie's face begins to turn a slight hint of red. He knew what I was searching up too. I wanted to crawl into an actual hole and just stay there. My own brother. My own brother just exposed I was about to look up Charlie's spicy scene.
"Just watch it later, when the no sex police isn't around." Jeremy says, which makes me actually laugh a bit. Owen glares at him. We arrive at the studio where they were going to be filming as I take my phone back from Owen.
"You better be lucky we're here." He points at me before walking inside. "Not my best acting moments in my opinion. I was extremely nervous. If you want to watch it, go for it." Charlie says quietly to me before following Jeremy and the others inside. I smile a little to myself. Little Charlie. He was extremely innocent. That was kinda cute. I place my phone in my back pocket before walking inside.
