As we drive down a street Sam points out a huge house.
"That's our house." He says with a smile.
He seemed proud of himself for living here. For doing well for himself.
When we walk inside the house it's very nice. I wonder where I'm going to stay. I hadn't even thought about it.
"Ummm where am I going to sleep?" I question.
"Well there is a spare room upstairs or the garage. The garage gets cold at night." Colby's says.
"I will sleep in the spare room." I say looking around.
The place is huge. I don't think that I have ever been somewhere so big in my life. It's awesome. I wouldn't have ever even imagined living in this house with these amazing people. Sam and Colby told me all about their roommates and Sam told me about his girlfriend Kat. She seems really sweet. I can't wait to meet her.
"We didn't set up your room because we didn't know what your style would be." Colby says as we enter into the room.
There was a bed with white covers and a desk in the room. It was so much better than the orphanage. I wouldn't have to sleep on a cot where I could feel the medal rods through the "mattress".
"It's perfect. Thank you so much." I say trying to hold back tears.
