Newt Scamanders daughter has a lot to live up to. She plans to work as hard as she can to live up to her father. Falling in love was not supposed to be in the cards.
After the feast everyone was led up to the dormitory's by the perfects. After everyone had gone up to their rooms I asked Percy to stay behind. He looked around like he was expecting something to jump out at him.
"I had a question for you Percy" I said
"What might that be?"
"How did you become a perfect? I'm interested in becoming one myself"
"Your (Y/N) Scamander aren't you?"
"Yes I am"
"I wouldn't worry about it to much you are at the top of your class and are very well behaved stay that way and you will be in my position soon enough"
Though that seemed like it would be the end of the conversation it still went on ten minutes longer. He bragged and boasted about all the tests he passed and all the teachers he impressed. Finally he was done when he noticed the time and went up to bed.
The boys came from their hiding spot and dropped the shiny badge into the wax. We all smiled at each other in success. We left the wax on a shelf and waited for the freak out.

The next morning when I got down to the common room the twins were being questioned by Percy. I tried to look innocent by reading my book on magical creatures.
"Ms Scamander do you have any idea about the crime that was committed last night?" Percy said
"A crime?" I asked
"Theft!"
"I'm sorry I don't know"
"Good! And you best stay away from my brothers I know they had something to do with it!"
With that he walked about the common room looking though drawers and in baskets. The twins and I walked about of the common room and made sure we were well down the hall before we let our laughter ring out.
"A crime has been committed ms Scamander!" George said in his best impression of Percy.
I giggled even harder at this George looked at me and smiled. We laughed and joked all the way down to the great hall and ate together. Time tables were passed around and I found I had all my classes with the twins. I was happy and I got happier when Percy came in waving shoe wax around boiling with rage.
Me and the twins went towards our first class before Percy could say anything to us. Our class was potions with the Ravenclaws we went in and took our seats.
