Along the way with the Knights of Favonius, You head in your way to the headquarters and discussed about the report of the missing CAT.

"Seriously Jean, aren't we supposed to be focusing with much more serious situation than this?" Kaeya exclaimed.

"I apologize, but you see its about venti *cough*." Jean has been overworking all day and she is now sick.

"It was an Anemo-infused astral strings as Venti mentioned, he needed it for his lyre." Jean can't talk well right now.

You and Kaeya were the only available Knights that Jean could entrust by this mission.

"Sigh, I will get barbara." Kaeya left the room leaving you and Jean.

Jean looks very weak from overworking.

"Jean, you should take a rest for now." worrying at Jean made her at ease.

"Thank you, Y/N...." Jean looks like she's about to faint.

Not noticing she really fainted from her table. You opened the door as soon as Jean collapsed but you suddenly bumped into Kaeya.

He caught your waist from the impact.

"Are you okay?" A worried expression came out to him.

"I'm sorry, but Jean has already passed out!" you looked back at Jean helplessly.

"Don't worry barbara said she would be here in a minute." He said with a calm tone.

You both went outside the room and decide If you should start working on finding the missing cat along with the strings.

"Yes, we should not waste time. A black cat would be impossible to find from the night." His opinion gave you an Idea.

"How about we give it some food to come over to us! That simple." Confident answer as you said.

"Quite an Idea you have Y/N, but where do you think we should start looking?" Kaeya asked.

"Let's start at the cathedral." You both head your way the cathedral and started to look for the cat.

Calling out the cats name "Prince" to make it come out, but it seems that not even a presence of the cat made you any progress. Time passed, It provoked Kaeya's patience and headed below the stairs instead.

"Let's look for other places." He crossed his arms while looking at you above the stairs of the cathedral.

"Okay." You walked your way below the stairs but you suddenly tripped your feet unto it.

"AAAAH!" With the slip from the stairs Kaeya's reflex catched you from further falling.

Both, look into each others eyes with a moment of time.

Kaeya blurted out words unexpectedly. "Are you perhaps, falling for me Y/N?" He laughs with his cavalier embrace.

Annoyed by his statement you decided to give him a reply.

"Oh yeah? What If I am?" You teased him with a lustful look.

His face went red all of the sudden, it made you laugh because of his silence.
