Y/n
The Kitchen table soon became accompanied by the Sins, the Hunters, and me.

They had gotten along quite well yesterday, having some kind of interaction around the castle, so the atmosphere was definitely lighter than I expected.

"Hey Y/n.", Gisla called.

I turned my head and looked down the table to listen to what she had to say.

"What's all the fuss about Grevia?"

The table had went dead silent.

Even Ban, who was sitting in my special chair because he wouldn't stop asking, stopped talking.

And we know that he can talk a storm.

"I was at this pointless meeting at 1:00 this morning, and I saw her there. Well, she's known as Fione now, since she rules over Fionus. And when you are dethroned because of the fail to rule like a real ruler, your power level shoots down to 10% of what you had before. She got 60."

Everyone was shocked besides Elizabeth, Diane and Merlin.

"Whoa whoa whoa.. does that mean that Fione somehow cheated the system?", Meliodas asked.

"Possibly.", Elizabeth answered. "I was thinking that maybe Fione stored her power before getting dethroned or powered up after."

"I assumed that.. but there's also another alternative.. you can persuade the higher-ups that you didn't do anything."

Everyone looked rather shocked when I spoke.

I mean, it would take a lot of persuasion, but it can happen.

"Ah.. it's not easy to lie about how you're living, as in the townspeople under Fione's rule. She probably brainwashed or paid them to keep their mouth shut.", Escanor said.

I agreed, "Right. Lord knows when another meeting's to be called, so I should probably visit her kingdom."

I summoned a notebook and pencil to my fingertips before looking over at Merlin. "Merlin, can you check for if we have any repairs or meetings today?"

"Yes, I will be right back from the events office."

She teleported away as I wrote down the parts of my schedule that I was sure about.

"About you visiting the kingdom, can we come with?"
Diane looked at me eagerly as she bounced in her seat.

The girl just loves adventure and action.

"Sure, I suppose it won't hurt. But I was thinking of giving everyone disguises and dressing up as townfolk to see just what she does. I can use some of my sealing powders to seal our magic so that we seem weaker than proven."

My nails tapped against the table gently as I waited patiently for Merlin to return.

She appeared seconds later, but on my lap instead of in her chair.

"Hello. I learned your schedule for the entire week, and it's all empty besides another village tour on Friday and a repair on Saturday. Another optional meeting on Thursday will occur as well."

I pat Merlin's thigh in appreciation. "Thank you. Now guys, if you're coming with me to Fionus, we need to get a move on right now."

Diane hopped out of her seat extremely fast and ran to her room with Elizabeth in hand— the rest of the group dashed to their quarters as well.

"I guess that leaves us."

I teleported the both of us upstairs swiftly and immediately began scavenging for the necessary supplies.

1: Magic coverer
2: Disguise dust
3: A few bags of coins to bring along

I found the coverer in the cabinets, dust beside my cauldron, and the coins I had teleported from my bank.

"Oh Y/n.. do you really think this will work?"

"Of course."

"But what if we get caught?", Merlin queried.

"The cover only masks our true power, not takes it away. We'll be fine, and especially you, as long as I'm there. You don't have to worry about anything with me."

I could just hear the happiness radiating from the rather more-timid-than-usual woman.

I swung my bag over my shoulder and looked up at Merlin.

"I hope you're ready.. to be honest, Fione isn't someone to mess with.. her magic power felt sealed even after her ordeal.."

"Ah! Don't worry about her. You're right, we'll be fine."

I lifted my head once again to be met with everyone from the table.

"I guess.. I guess this is it then. Are we ready?"

"Ready as we'll ever be."
