      My legs were bent as I leaned back in the passenger seat of my best friend Jade's car, tapping my foot to the beat of the music from the radio on the dash board. She had the heater on sense it was a cold winter afternoon and just wearing sweaters wouldn't suffice.

I was in my light blue skinny jeans, a white blouse with a gray sweatshirt. My hair was down in lose curls.

My best friend Jade was driving in her black Chevy cruise, her hair up in a messy pony tail and she wore her ray bands.

"I can't stand him!" she groaned, she was venting to me about her and her 'boyfriend' troubles she has been having lately.

I smiled over at her sympathetically, "Maybe he's just..."

"Scared? Is that what you were going to say? He can't be scared. He needs to grow some balls and just kiss me already. I'm not messing around. He either steps up and be's with me or he can go and find some slut to mess around with. I'm not playing anymore."

I sighed to myself. My best friend finally decided that she is leaving her slutty ways and wants to get serious with a guy, but now she picked the wrong guy to be serious with. She can't catch a break.

"Maybe Jackson is just a little nervous. Maybe he really likes you-" she interrupted me, kind of angered.

"No, Rose! It is nothing like that. He just won't kiss me. He won't ask  me to be his girlfriend. Every time I think he does, he ends up just moving hair out of my face or some shit like that!"

I ran my hand through my hair, "Look, I don't know, okay? I've only had one boyfriend before." I reminded her, and she sighed, nodding her head and finally cooling down.

"I don't know what I'm doing. I can't be in a committed relationship. It's not me."

"Please Jade-"

"I know, I know. I'm sorry. I'm done. I've been complaining to you all day." she smiled over at me, in a sorry kind of way, and I just smiled back in reassurance.

"What do you think you're doing today?" she asked me

I shrugged my shoulders, "I think the whole families coming over." I rolled my eyes, and she did the same.

I have a big family. I have two older siblings, and then two younger siblings. Michael is the oldest , he's turning twenty five next April. He's tall, with short brown hair, brown eyes, he's nice, and extremely smart. He graduated high school with a 4.0, then had just graduated from USC a while ago. He's married to a girl who is twenty three, she beautiful with long blond hair and deep green eyes, her name is Elisabetta and she's funny and a perfect wife for my brother. They both have a three year old daughter named  Serafina (After my mother), Sera has light brown hair and dark green eyes.

Giuliana is my older sister, she had just turned twenty a few weeks ago. She has short brown hair, dark olive skin, and sea green eyes.She is also married to her boyfriend sense high school-Bruno- He's smart, and successful He's kind of hilarious and also makes me laugh, I've known him sense I was in middle school and he's like another brother to me. Giulie is also pregnant with her first child, they don't know if it's a boy or a girl yet, but I'm excited, and can't wait for my new niece or nephew.

My two younger sibling are twins. They are both twelve years old and are little smart asses. Caterina and Carlo. They both share the same brown hair color and same brown eyes. Carlo has freckles but Caterina doesn't. Carlo is about two inches taller than her, but to her than that they have the same facial structures and make the same facial expressions, you can tell they are both identical.
