Aaliyah POV
I woke up in my bed seeing everyone except was in my bed too. I was so fucking mad because Kd was snoring so fucking loud for no fucking reason. I got up being as quiet as possible and going to the balcony to smoke. I turned on my playlist that I use when I smoke and Everybody dies in there nightmares played. I sing along not being too loud

I stopped because I felt like I was being watched. I turned around and saw no one. I continued to sing and felt a presence behind me. I knew it was kentrell because of his scent. I took a long drag from my blunt before saying " are you gonna stare at me like I creep or talk or something". " you didn't even turn around how you know I was here?" He asked. "Unlike you I care about people and when you care about people you tend to pick things up about them. I knew it was you because that's the Burberry colon you wear when you get out the shower." I spoke kinda harshly. But can you blame me? He's put me through so much in less than 3 months. "You think I don't notice things about you but I do." He told me. "No you think you know who I am because your read my journal and read about how 4 of my family members died in front of me. You think you know me because I helped my brother escape my family to chase his dreams. You think you know me because you know of the demons I fight. You think you know me because you've read the pain I've been through. You don't know me at all. Do you even know my full name?" He stood there shocked. " How do you know I read the book?" " I'm not dumb but you only read some parts so you don't even know the full story. I don't care at the moment because that journal was not my recent journal where I write my true emotions." He just stood there dumb founded. I was now on my fourth blunt. I passed it to him because he looked like he needed it. " Um you should probably get some sleep because you have school tomma" he said scratching his head. I was about to get mad but I was to high. " Whatever goodnight De'Sean." And with that I left him on the balcony.

Kentrell POV
I'm trying to figure out how I keep fucking up so bad. I honestly don't know what I'm doing wrong. Like she doesn't even call me dad. Princess does but it's not the same because it's not Aaliyah. I don't know how she found out I read the journal. But she said it was old so it really shouldn't even be that big of a deal. But I do know I'm finna take my back ass to sleep.

Kentrell came in my room to wake me up so gang got out and I did everything I needed to do. Kentrell tried to talk to me all morning and I ignored him. "Kd Ben and joe taking me to school."  Was the only thing I said to him. On the way to school we made small talk but I was nervous. " What if my personality's come out or what if I get bullied again." I asked "use Kd big ass ears to flap the negative energy away" Ben snickered with me and joe. Kd was about to reply but our favorite white people song came on and we all smirked at each other before screaming the lyrics. "BUT YOU DIDNT HAVE TO CUT ME OFF MAKE OUT AND LIKE IT NEVER HAPPEND AND THAT WE WERE NOTHING AND I DONT EVEN BEED YOUR LOVE BUT YOU TREAT ME LIKE A STRANGER AND IT FEELS SO ROUGH NO YOU DIDNT HAVE TO STOOP SO LOW HVAE YOUR FRIENDS COLLECT YOUR RECORDS AND THEN CANGE YOUR NUMBER GUESS I DIDNT NEED THAT THOUGH NOW YOUR JUST SOMEBODY THAT I USED TO KNOW" we all screamed pulling up to the school. " Ight niece have a good day and tell me if I have to shoot anybody" babyjoe told me. " alright love" I said kissing all their foreheads before getting out and heading into the school. I walked to the main office to get my schedule and on the way out I accidentally bumped into a very pretty girl. "Watch we're your going dirty bitch" she spat and walked off. The bell rung telling me I was late. I found my first class after 7 minutes and walked in. Everybody stopped what they were doing and looked at me. "Why are you late" the teacher questioned. "oh um I'm sorry I got lost looking for the class." I spoke barley about a whisper. " well you fine um you can sit next to how about Mike and I'm Mr.Demons welcome to Social studies." I sat down while people said slick comments under their breath. I sat down and took notes for the rest of class. It was now time for 5th period which was gym which I love. I changed into some spandex and a shirt.  I have a very curvey figure so when I walked out everyone was just staring at me and it was so ✨uncomfortable ✨. "Look at the cuts in her leg suicidal ass bitch" I heard the same girl I bumped into whisper to someone. " ocean shut yo ran through ass up you just mad she look better than you." A boy yelled. " Anyways today we are playing dodge ball it will be girls against boys but I will need a girl to go to the boys side so it will be even. How about you ocean" the gym teacher said while all the boys groaned. The game had started and ALL the girls were out except for me and a girl that was hiding so she wouldn't get hit. There was still 3 boys left so I had to do my best. I caught one boys ball then hit another where the sun don't shine. It was just me and the boy from social studies now. He threw the ball I dodged it and threw  the ball and it his his arm. "LETS GOOO" I yelled while everyone just looked at me but did I care? No I did not the boy I hit where the sun don't shine came up and started talking to me " wassup I'm Preston and I know your new and you seem cool so you wanna sit with me and my friends at lunch?" He asked " um sure do you guys want me to order y'all something because I already ordered my food"  " Nah it's cool we ordered ours too" " well okay see you at lunch" I said walking into the locker room. I felt everyone staring at me so I quickly put on my things and went to the office to pick up my lunch. As I was walking the boy from my class yelled " AYE NEW GIRL OVER HERE" I was so embarrassed but walked over there anyways "well I'm Mikey this is Jay, Mar, Toosii, Sev, Poota, Dae, Preston, sleezy, and ace" he told me. " Um I'm Aaliyah nice to meet y'all" I said shyly. " uhn uhn you gone have to quit all that shy shit cause we straight retarded ova here now buss that bag of food open" sleezy said causing all of us to bust out laughing. " Here" I said giving him my whole chicken sandwich. " uhn uhn this mine" ace said snatching it. " I'm finna make a tik tok y'all come on" sev told everybody. We made the tik toks all being light skin until ocean came up. "Why y'all hanging out with her dirty ass?" She asked the boys "Why I got more hair than you" mar asked stank facing her. " Bae you gone let him talk to me like that she said touching toosii. "BAEEEEE?" He yelled causing me to bust out laughing. "Ion know why tf you laughing cause I'll beat ts outta you" "I'll worry about you when you do some so until then move along sis" I said flipping her off smiling. Lunch was over and we all had home room together. "Aaliyah give us all your number so we can keep in contact" jay said making me look up at him. " oh um alright" I put all of my number in all they phone. "Imma put yo name as babymomma Aaliyah" dae said looking at me. "Um okay" I chuckled "you my new bestie so imma put it as bestie" poota told me. " No she mine" Mikey said making all the boys look and mug him. The bell finally ring and I damn near sprinted out the door to babyjoe car. "Hurry up nigga I don't want everybody fan girling" I barked at joe. "Who pissed in yo cereal" Kd asked me. "Nobody but I made 9 new friends but I don't think y'all are gonna like them" I said scratching my neck. "Why" Ben asked me. "There all boys" I mumbled. "Huh?" Everybody asked. "Nothing but y'all gone meet them soon." I said. It was just me Kd Ben and joe still because boomer lazy, I don't fw three or Montana like that and me and kentrell not in good terms so. When we got home I went straight to my room and took a nap till kentrell came on my room. "Dinners ready" he said looking down. I didn't speak to him I just walked past him and into the kitchen. When I saw aribian cooked I was about to turn around until Kd yelled " EW WTF IS THIS NASTY ASS SHIT" he spit it out. I died laughing. "This dry ass chicken" boomer mumbled. "Niece cook us something cause this ain't it" Ben said throwing it away looking right at her. " I got y'all watch y'all want" I asked. They all looked at each other before yelling "SEAFOOD BOIL" causing me to chuckle and get all the ingredients. The entire time I was cooking kentrell was just looking at me with sorrow in his eyes. I couldn't just forgive him for that cause what he said really hurt and he violated my trust AGAIN. After I was done cooking everybody was eating good while aribian was mugging me. "I will shoot you bitch fix your face" I spat at her while gang even kentrell laughed. I went to take a shower then I put on kentrell shirt and some ethicka boxers and tried to go to sleep. After about 10 minutes of tossing and turning I went in kentrell room and got in his bed. After like a hour I felt the bed dip and somebody tapping me. "WHAT" I yelled cause they was buggin. "Um your in my spot where am I supossed to sleep?" Aribian mugged me. "Walk yo ass right back down them stairs and get on the couch"  I mugged her back. " you serious?" She asked. "Did I fuckin stutta?" I asked her earning a chuckle from kentrell. "So fucking disrespectful" aribian mumbled walking out. "Who sleeping on the couch though?" I yelled causing kentrell to bust out laughing. "I'm still mad at you but I couldn't sleep" I told kentrell snuggling in his chest as he played with my hair. "Goodnight pretty girl" kentrell mumbled then kissed my forehead as I was fast asleep.
