Two months have passed since Kaya and Yiğit had moved to London. Although it felt to Kaya like it has been a lot longer for a reason he could not comprehend. The house they settled in was Kaya's old house; the one he lived in when he moved to London for the first time 18 years ago.

His initial plan was to find a new house, so that he would have a fresh start with his son . However, he had a strange attachment to this house; he remembers how he managed to get through a lot of hardships during the time he lived there. He also remembers how it felt to him ,at the time,as if those hardships would never pass. But they eventually did. To him, this house was like a reminder that everything heals with time. Kaya needed such reassuring environment. After all, the past few months of his life in Istanbul were the most difficult; getting cheated by the love of his life, getting divorced, all those lies and all those games. He could not stand any of it any longer. He was done feeling confused. So he went away; leaving everything, and everyone. He believed his son yiğit could use this change of environment as well, and he knew that the peace and quiet were what they both needed the most.

"I must say, I love it here ,dad." Said the young man who had settled in a chair near his father. Kaya's sight was still focused on his cup of coffee ,that has now gotten cold, and he seemed like he did not notice Yiğit's presence at all. Yiğit ,who realized that, cleared his throat and said with a more serious expression :
" Are you okay? Is something wrong?".
" I'm sorry, what?".
Said Kaya, who had finally noticed Yiğit's presense.
Yiğit leaned his head while forcing a smile " I was asking what's on your mind. You seem very distracted lately ".
"Nothing. I was admiring the view".
They were both setting in the balcony, which was located right in front of the sea. Although it was nighttime, they could still see the soothing motion of the sea, due to the bright full-moon that casted a dim light on the moving waves. People who were walking by the sea would seem like no more than far silhouettes. The sounds of their distant chatters and laughters traveled through the wind along with the sound of the crashing waves .

The balcony itself was decorated with lots of plants and colorful lights. Right in the middle, there was a wooden coffee table with two comfortable seats, which was where Kaya and Yiğit were seated. This has always been Kaya's favorite spot in the house; it made him feel like he could forget the world, and live forever with this feeling of tranquility. Yet, lately he has been overwhelmed by an unexplainable tightness in his chest. This feeling would usually come and go in waves. The longer he stayed alone with his thoughts, the stronger this feeling gets.

Yiğit didn't want to dwell on his father's answer, even though it wasn't convincing . He knew his father wasn't the type to complain about his problems anyways; especially to his son. So he tried to change the subject.

" I met with your friend again today".
"You did ? How was it?" Said kaya, who bowed his head towards Yiğit's seat.
" like the usual, a bit confusing.."
Kaya responded with a nod ,then he placed his hand over Yiğit's shoulder.
"Look,Yiğit ... I want you to know that continuing these visits is completely up to you. You're a grown man, and I trust your ability to realize what's best for you".
"No no, it's fine. I think it's the right thing to do for now. Besides...Karam is a fun guy, talking to him doesn't feel awkward"

Kaya smiled with comfort.
"I'm glad. He says a lot of good things about you as well"
"Oh? Like what?" Yiğit raised an eyebrow .
" Don't worry he only talks about you in general. He says you're a bright kid, a lot smarter than I am,apparently." At that last sentence, Kaya bit the inside of his cheeks to prevent himself from laughing.
Yiğit smiled mischievously "Well , I knew that already"
Kaya let out a laugh then patted Yiğit's back " you're a lot cockier too".
Yiğit responded with a laugh.

While he was still smiling,Kaya fixed his gaze at the sea once again. He reminded himself that focusing on Yiğit's well-being is far more important than anything else right now. Therefore, he should ignore all these thoughts that he's having; all these thoughts about her.
