The next day, six energetic boys, Soomin and Yoongi, headed over to the studio for dance practice. They were shooting the music for their new song soon which meant that they would need to practice their routines over and over again to make sure that when they filmed it, they wouldn't forget their moves.
That morning, Soomin begrudgingly woke up and chucked on the clothes that she normally wore for dance practice.
Once all the members were dressed and fed, they left their dorm and headed out for the day.
They arrived at the studio promptly and, as always, J-Hope and Jimin were eager to get started. Yoongi and Soomin were the last to walk inside, their eyes half-closed in sleep. As much as Soomin loved dancing, she loved her sleep a lot more.
"Hurry up, Min Min," Jimin whined. "I want to dance."
Soomin grumbled a reply and grabbed a cold bottle of water from her bag. She downed half the bottle, the ice-cold liquid shocking her awake.
Earlier, back at the dorm, Soomin had wanted to make herself a cup of coffee so she could have some energy for dancing, but Jin had forbidden her from having one because of the way her body had reacted yesterday afternoon. The female maknae had practically thrown a tantrum, stomping her feet and pouting up at the eldest member of BTS. She had even tried to persuade him by staring at him with her doe-like eyes, but never-the-less, Jin had not budged.
So, naturally, the only option she had to get out of her half-dead state this morning, was the ice-cold water bottle that she had quickly grabbed from the fridge before they had left. She had been tempted to sneak a coffee when Jin wasn't in the kitchen, but the repercussions of disobeying her oppa would have been severe, i.e. a month-long ban on any caffeinated product. Soomin knew for a fact that she couldn't last a week without coffee, let alone a whole month.
Granted, the amount of coffee Soomin normally consumed was probably pretty bad for a twenty-two-year-old, so she understood why Jin was trying to make her cut down on it, but still, coffee was the only reason why she didn't fall asleep every day while standing up.
"Min Min!" Jimin shouted into Soomin's ear, making her heart leap into her throat. He had managed to sneak up on her while she was thinking, resting his chin on her shoulder and staring at the side of her head intensely.
"Jimin oppa, do you want to scare me to death?" Soomin asked and the boys' snickers filled the room.
"If it means you'll hurry up then yes," Jimin said, grabbing her by the arm and pulling her to the middle of the dance floor.
Soomin sent a glare Jimin's way and stretched her arms over her head. "Okay, I'm ready."
The boys got into position around her and they began practising the routine for their new song 'Boy With Luv'.
