The sun is the center of our universe. With the sun, life can continue to prosper. But one day when the sun suddenly disappears. The living things would slowly begin to die until nothing is left. Likewise, Bai Yu has been the center of the universe for YiLong. With Bai Yu, YiLong can still survive. But now that Bai Yu is gone, how could YiLong survive?

For YiLong time has been frozen, he isn't reversing anything yet not going forward as well. He has no idea how much time passed. Since he returned home after the funeral, he hasn't step foot outside.

Despite people calling, he doesn't pick up. There's only one ringtone that he's waiting for. The unique ringtone that would let him know that Bai Yu is calling. He waits day after day but the sound that he wants to hear never came.

Since Bai Yu wouldn't call him, it's okay. YiLong could call him instead. Again and again for thousands of times that he tried to call. But not once did the call ever got through.

He hasn't been going to work as well. He's a doctor who can help people and save lives. Yet he couldn't do anything to help the person that means the most to him. If he had just gone with Bai Yu, maybe things would have turned out differently. Maybe he wouldn't die. Even if death was inevitable, he would be there to die with him. Then he wouldn't have to be alone.

YiLong reminisce his time with Bai Yu, smiling in tears.

'Why did you take Bai Yu away? ... What has he done to deserve an early death? ... He has done nothing but good ... he has given me a home ... you've taken him away ... so what am I living for?' YiLong asks the question in his heart because he doesn't who it should be direct to.

Every part of YiLong is in pain.

'It hurts ... it hurts so much ... how can I make it stop? ... medicine ... painkillers ... yeah, painkillers can stop it ...'

During this whole time, YiLong has been relying on alcohol to help him cope with the never-ending grief. He barely eats anything at all; thus, the alcohol has been the only thing closest to food that manage to reach his stomach. As a result, his health dramatically depreciates. For the past few days, severe headache and stomachache have been tormenting him. Although, he would acted as if everything is normal in front of FuSheng.

It's not until today that YiLong thought of painkillers. Now that he thought of the remedy to ease his pain, he drags his aching body downstairs toward the medicine cabinet. With his staggering steps, he misses the last few steps of the stairs and tumbles down hitting here and there. Luckily, blood wasn't shed, only few bumps and blues were inflicted on his already breaking body. After great difficulties, he manages to get the bottle of painkillers and gives it a shake to see if there's any inside.
