4. welcome

the last thing george expected to see when he woke up that morning was dream standing outside his door but he couldn't have been happier in that moment.

dream's arms were still wrapped around him and george had never felt warmer or safer in his life before.

"you should come inside, we can't stay out here forever," george chuckled as he let go of the hug and held the door open for him. dream thanked him and went inside placing his suitcase down somewhere in the living area where they had entered.

george had cleaned the apartment, dream could tell it didn't usually look like this due to all the times george had called him with his camera on.

"dude you have absolutely no idea how difficult it was to keep this a secret from you," dream confessed with a laugh, "i think i mentioned this to sapnap at least a hundred times."

"i still can't believe that you're actually here," george smiled as a happy giggle escaped him, "welcome to my home though!" he said stretching out his arms before taking dream by the wrist and leading him down the hallway, "your room is here by the way, it's pretty empty but you brought furniture right?"

it was difficult not to smile at how cute and exicted george was and well, dream felt the same way. as they entered the room with a bed in the corner and an empty desk, dream nodded in response to his question, "yeah the stuff should be arriving either tomorrow or the day afterwards but this is perfect for now," dream smiled as he brought his hand to george's hair and messed up the combed brown mop on his head.

"you're such an idiot dream" george laughed and rolled his eyes as he fixed his hair, "my room is right across the hall if you need anything so don't hesitate to ask" he smiled.
