This method requires a lot of focus, if your mind wanders a lot, you may want to use a different method, although this method can still work if your mind does wander. Visualizing isn't needed, but its an option for this method. Sleeping isnt needed for this method.

1. Start by meditating for 10-15 minutes to anything that helps you relax, stay focused or raises your vibrations. (i've put a link in external links for a good guided meditation)
2. Begin listening to theta waves (you can use subliminals too) and as you're listening, repeat in your head "i am" over and over in your head. Do this until you feel a sign of shifting, eg; twitching, itching, numbness, spinning, falling, seeing a bright light ext. But during this do NOT open your eyes or move, this can be really temping but you HAVE to resist the urge to do this.
3. After you feel your shifting symptom, begin repeating affirmations such as "I am [dr name]" "I live [dr area]" "I am [dr age]" "I love being in my dr" "I am thankful to be in my dr" "I am happy to be in my dr" ect.
4. Visualize if you can, but it's not needed so dont stress. You need to affirm until you feel your atmosphere change, you can script that your eyes open automatically when you're in your dr. When your eyes open, or you open them yourself you should be in your dr!
