This method usually uses visualizing, but its not required. This is a sleeping method, and you have to stay in a starfish position which can be slightly uncomfortable.

𝑀𝑒𝓉𝒽𝑜𝒹

1. Make sure you're really tired, not enough to fall asleep halfway through the method, but tired enough to fall asleep after counting to 100. (I recommend attempting this 15 minutes after the time you usually go to sleep) although you don't absolutely have to sleep after doing this method, i find it way easier.

2. Put on some subliminals, or some theta waves. (I usually use 6hz)

3. Lay on your back in a starfish position, NO LIMBS ARE ALLOWED TO BE TOUCHING !! but make sure you're comfortable, as with all methods you're not allowed to move either.

4. Visualize your dr, and as you're visualizing count to 100 (take your time), if you find it hard to visualize while counting try to count slower, and maybe try visualizing for a little in between numbers. (I recommend planning out what you're going to visualize.)

IF YOU CANT VISUALIZE then just repeat affirmations in between the numbers, eg "1. i have shifted, 2. i am in my desired reality, 3. i am [dr name]" ect ect xx <3

5. As you get closer to 100 continue to visualize and/or repeat affirmations, and try to feel your energy. You could have a warm feeling in your chest, but try to feel the energy all around your body. Once you get to 100, you have 2 options;

Keep counting from 0-100 however many times you need, until you're in your dr, or have fallen sleep.

or

after you've finished counting to 100, just fall asleep while repeating affirmations.
