This method requires visualization, a way to listen to music and preferably headphones.
𝑀𝑒𝓉𝒽𝑜𝒹
1. Put on some headphones & get in a comfortable position (literally whatever position you'd like, you could be sitting or laying down it doesnt really matter. Even standing might work, but i wouldn't recommend that)
2. Play a song, this can really be any song but a song you can slow dance too works best.
3. Picture someone from your dr asking you for a dance, doesn't matter who.
4. Visualize the two of you in an empty room from your dr slow dancing together, [usually when i do this method, i just visualize us listening to the song on a record player together as the slow dancing doesn't fit with my dr, so you can do that too]
5. When the song is over, visualize the person you were with saying "it's time for you to go home" and them opening a door for you.
6. Behind that door is a white light, and as you're stepping into the light repeat affirmations. Once you've stepped into the light, keep repeating these affirmations.
7. At some point you should feel extreme signs of shifting, eg. falling, ears ringing, seeing white. Keep repeating these affirmations until they stop.
8. Once you feel as if you've shifted, and all of your symptoms go away, open your eyes. You should be in your desired reality.
