As Cameron pulled into a parking lot, I said a quick bye to him and made my way into the gates of hell. Just kidding but that's what high school is after all. I turned around to see my brother making his way to his group of friends, the football players – more like players of the school. Anyways, I made my way to my locker to find my two friends already waiting for me nearby.

My friends are polar opposites. If someone were to see us individually, they would have never guessed that we were friends. There's Avery Anderson, blonde hair with baby blue eyes and Annabelle Evans, copper black hair and black eyes. Avery is a literal doll; she likes photography and is quiet unless you really get to know her. However, Anna is sarcastic, and she enjoys reading. She does give the best advice though.

If there's one thing you need to know about the three of us is despite being different, we are inseparable. We have been friends since the first grade, and other than my mom and Cam, they are the only ones who know me. I don't even remember how we became friends, but it feels like I have known them my whole life.

"Hey girls," I said as I was opening my locker. Anna started complaining on how I am always late while Avery gave me an iced coffee she bought for me on the way to school. The difference is real. I hugged Avery thank you and responded to Anna with "wow I've missed you too!" I took out my books and we walked together to our first class. We had almost every class together, but I took art while they took World History. Ew I know!

Our first class is Math with Miss Nelson. She was a grade A bitch. She screams for no reason and is just so damn annoying. No wonder, people hated her. When we reached class, I sat right at the back of class and Avery in front of me with Anna beside her. We maintain a low profile and plan to finish high school unnoticed.

"Did you hear about the new boy?" Anna asked.

"There is a new boy?" I asked back. I've never really payed attention to any gossip I guess. Another thing you should know about us; they were both boy crazy and me? Mehh not so much. I have never really given much thought to boys as I always had a plan to follow.

Avery just sighed. "Yes Belle! There is a new boy. I heard his name is Tyler Henderson and that he's so hot." I rolled my eyes at that and then zoned out. I had a talent to shut things out, I guess if you have been through what I have its something you just pick up.

Miss Nelson started her lesson on trigonometry and I couldn't stop my train of thought planning out my day while doodling in my notebook. Anna kicking me under the table seemed to have stopped my thoughts, earning her a glare from me. She motioned for me to look in front and I thought Miss Nelson had called my name, but I didn't hear. In front of class was the principal with another boy I didn't recognize.

Brunette hair, piercing green eyes, a sharp jawline with a hint of stubble forming, he was maybe a 6'1. My first thought was boy, was he handsome! "This is the new student Tyler Henderson. Do your best to make him feel welcomed," the principal said. He was then asked to introduce himself.

"Hello everyone, my name is Tyler Henderson. I am from New York." As he spoke in his deep voice, the girls in class were already batting their eyelashes at him. I rolled my eyes at that. Then Miss Nelson asked him to take a seat and the only one empty was beside me.

Perfect! Sarcasm again!

When he sat beside me, both my friends turned around and introduced themselves to him.

"Hi, I'm Anna" Annabelle said smiling.

"Hi, I'm Avery" my other best friend said while extended her hand for him to shake. "This is Isabella" she said and pointed to me. I just glared at her as I wasn't really into making more friends. Call me introvert or whatever but I was happy in my own bubble.

"Doesn't she have a mouth?" he asked Avery pointing to me. Okay rude much?? "She's just sh-," Avery started but I cut her off. "I don't want to talk to you and so I won't," I said.

"So, you do talk princess?" he asked me. I glared at him. Who does he think he is? Walking here all high and mighty and throwing insults to me?? I wasn't planning on talking to him but he was just so rude, so I had to put him in his place. And 'princess?' seriously? I hated pet names and my friends knew just how much.

"First of all, don't call me princess. I am not five years old and I don't want to be subjected to a pet name. Second, can you please just pay attention to the board and stop bothering me?" I said.

"Sure, whatever you say princess." I just glared at him and continued doodling in my notebook, completely ignoring his presence and all his snarky remarks about trigonometry.

When the bell rang, I thanked my lucky stars and quickly gathered my things rushing outside before I head his stupid, annoying voice again. For some reason, this boy gets on my last nerve.

Hi again guys. How do you like it so far? What do you think Isabella has gone through?

Please give me your comments and ways to improvise. This way we can both learn together. I am once again sorry if there was any grammar mistakes or spelling errors in this book.

The picture right at the top is who I imagine Tyler to be.

If you're still here and you've read it until here, have a hug. I love you all. Muahh...
