Chapter 6

We got back home exhausted it was amazing but all that excitement took a lot out of me, Straight after we put our stuff away we got called to dinner the conversation mainly consisted of what's happening tomorrow as we will be on the Hogwarts express on the way to Hogwarts school of witchcraft and wizardry

It's weird to think this will be the last dinner of molly's I will be having till Christmas it shouldn't make me as sad as it does

I lay in bed my thoughts running wild around me every time I asked a question I was given short answers and sometimes even no replies mostly to ones about my family what is everyone hiding from me?

I had to literally kick George out of bed he's such a deep sleeper it makes us late all the time and I won't be late for the train, We all loaded out trunks into mr Weasley's car and set off Fred, George and I couldn't keep our excitement in we were talking about what houses we want to be in basically all the way there

"I want to be in Gryffindor" Fred explained with a huge grin

"same" George agreed with the same look

"of course you two will be your our brothers" Percy answered rolling his eyes

I looked at each boy "I don't mind what house I'm in" I shrugged my shoulders

They were shocked Fred looked scared "even Slytherin"

"I don't think they are evil just misunderstood" I answered truthfully at that statement the conversation died down

The platform was full of first years and their parents crying one being molly, she was kissing the twins heads and mine with tears spilling all over us, the twins pulled away with disgust on their face while I stayed there enjoying a mother and daughter moment I crave so much

We were on the train rolling out of the station trying to find a empty compartment, once we found one we sat down but not long after 2 people were asking to sit with us they stuck out their hands

"I'm lee, lee Jordan" he shook all our hands individually

"I'm Angelina Johnson" to which we all shook hands again we introduced ourselves and got into speaking about Hogwarts

After a while I must of fell asleep because I got woke up by George telling me we're finally here I jumped up knocking lee over

"hehe sorry" I said holding a hand out for him to take

We all walked off the train following the voice "first years over here" 

We later found out his name was Hagrid and he was the gamekeeper.

Professor Mcgonagall was talking to us in front of a huge door but I didn't really listen I was speaking to Angelina, apparently she thought George and I went out because I fell asleep with my head on his shoulder I couldn't contain my laughter at that causing professor Mcgonagall to look at me with a face of disapproval

We walked through the big door into the great hall there were 4 long tables set out they seemed to be going on forever, the students were all wearing different colours which instantly showed which table was which house, I saw Charlie as I was walking down giving him a slight smile when he waved at me

Names were being called out it was a pattern a name was said they sat in the chair with the sorting hat on their head and it shouted what house they were in, I instantly got nervous when they went past the m's.

Fred got called up and was sorted into Gryffindor then George's time came

"not another Weasley troublemakers you two are GRYFFINDOR" the sorting hat shouted

I couldn't help but chuckle while George was moving to the table professor Mcgonagall looked at me

"sorry miss moon you were a late entry so you weren't in alphabetical order" she tilted her head towards the hat telling me to go forward.

I walked up to the hat almost tripping from the nerves the twins lee and Angelina are all in Gryffindor what if I'm not?

I sat down shaking with anxiety I looked over at George he was sticking his thumbs up mouthing a good luck I instantly smiled and felt calmer

"hmmm interesting you're loyal especially to your friends would fit perfectly into Hufflepuff but you're also sharp minded and logical amazing for Ravenclaw, like you're mom, you also could follow your dad, ambitious and cunning like a Slytherin" my heart fastened why is it listing them all? "But this sticks out more your brave and courageous not to mention your soulmate is in Gryffindor and he's already close to you" the hat whispered the last part to me

"what" I whispered back

"Time will tell, hm yes better be GRYFFINDOR" he shouted the last part

The Gryffindor table erupted with cheers mostly from the twins

I ran up to them hugging them as I sat next to George I was beyond happy but what the hat said was pulling at my head
