method used: julia's method and raven's method

used a subliminal? yes

used a script? kind of

shifted? no :(

unfortunately, i did not shift but i did get really close with the julia method again! the raven method didn't feel very effective but i also didn't fall asleep very quickly after counting for the raven method so that may have changed what happened.

with the julia method, i felt like i was floating again and this time i had a basic script template from amino which only had my name, my hogwarts house, my age, my wand, etc.

i also found a hogwarts subliminal which i listened to as i used both the julia and the raven method. again, i felt pressure on my head and i felt tingly but i couldn't get much farther than that and i ended up getting distracted.

then, i tried the raven method but when i woke up, i was still in my cr. i think i got close and with more detailed scripting and learning to visualise a bit better, i think i can do it :))

the raven method for shifting:

1. optional: listen to guided meditation, read over your script, put on some subliminals, go through some pinterest boards that remind you of your desired reality

2. lay in a starfish position in your bed, turn down the lights, and close your eyes

3. start counting from 1-100 (take your time!!!) and repeat, "i have shifted" between each number

4. say your affirmations and go to sleep

5. when you wake up, you should be in your dr!
