i wasn't super motivated today and i fell asleep almost immediately after using cinn's method once. i didn't even put on a subliminal today and i was just really tired.

i didn't get very close at all today but i'm feeling a bit more motivated now so i'll try tonight again.

sorry for the super short entry today but nothing really happened last night lol

cinn's method for shifting:

1. optional: listen to guided meditation, read over your script, put on some subliminals, go through some pinterest boards that remind you of your desired reality

2. lay in a starfish position in your bed, turn down the lights, and close your eyes

3. repeat "i am" until you feel some type of symptoms of shifting

4. count from 1 to 10 and once you've reached 10, state basic facts about your dr self (my name is __, i am __ years old, i love ___, etc.)

5. count from 10 to 20 and once you've reached 20, state basic facts about your dr appearance (my hair color is __, my eye color is __, i am __ ft and __ in tall, etc.)

6. count from 20 to 30 and once you've reached 30, state basic facts about your family or friends in your dr (i have _ siblings, my best friend is _, etc.)

7. count from 30 to 40 and once you've reached 40, state basic facts about the setting of your dr (imagine your house layout, my house has __ stories, etc.)

8. count from 40 to 50 and once you've reached 50, state your affirmations

9. count from 50 to 100 (take your time!!) and say your affirmations until you feel like you have shifted
