Surprise! Bet you didn't think I'd update again today, huh? Well I got bored and since the last update was really meant for yesterday, I figured I'd do another one. Enjoy!
Harry managed to make it back to the compartment without stumbling into anyone else, but found it empty when he entered. Not only was Ron missing, but his trunks were as well.
"Probably didn't want to deal with Hermione again." Came a voice from behind Harry. Whipping around, ready to cast a defensive spell at a moments notice, he saw Neville Longbottom.
Visibly relaxing, He said, "Oh, hi Neville! You scared me a bit! And how did you know about Hermione and Ron...?
"Sorry 'bout that. And the whole train knows, I was standing at the other end and I could hear practically every word."
Harry winced. Hermione could be excruciatingly loud sometimes. He honestly didn't know how she and Ron were still together. They couldn't go one week without fighting horribly.
A pair of arms snaked around Neville's neck. "Neville, Seamus was wondering where you'd gotten off to." Said Luna Lovegood. "Oh, hello Harry!" she said, just noticing him.
"Hey Luna." Harry replied.
She stared at Harry, then turned to Neville.
"We should go. Harry has a lot of Wrackspurts to take care of. I think he could use some sleep" Said Luna thoughtfully.
"Alright Luna." Replied Neville. Turning to Harry, he said, "I've learned to trust what she says. Just go with it."
"Alright. Well, I guess I'll see you guys at the Castle!" Harry said, grateful for Luna's thoughtfulness.
Watching his friends leave, Harry smiled. They made such a perfect couple. He only hoped that he could find his perfect match someday.
As soon as they were out of sight, Harry closed the door and settled onto the seat, laying down and taking up it's full length. Gazing out the window, he watched the countryside slip past, slowly slipping away into sleep himself.
He was in the corridor again, the same place where he had run into Draco earlier. Except this time, Hermione and Ginny were nowhere to be seen. Looking around, he realised that Draco was still there. The two boys stood there and stared at each other for awhile, like they had earlier.
Draco took a step closer to harry, then suddenly leaned forward and kissed Harry. It was a gentle kiss, and after Harry recovered from his shock, he began to kiss back. Draco's hand found its way up Harry's shirt, and Harry's hand clenched Draco's hair. Growing more passionate by the second, Draco pushed Harry against the wall, and his tongue begged for entry into Harry's mouth. Harry opened his mouth, then...
"Harry! Wake up! We're nearly there!" Hermione shouted.
Harry groaned, upset that he had been woken up from his dream.
"Come on, wake up! We'll leave so you can change into your school robes." Ginny added.
"Alright, alright." Harry replied, not yet fully awake.
After the girls left, Harry shrugged on his school robes. Sitting back down, he recalled the dream that he had been having.
"What's wrong with me?" He said to himself. "Draco and I hate each other. Have I lost my mind?"
At that thought, the train braked and pulled into Hogsmeade. Hearing knocking on the door, Harry opened it to see Ginny and Hermione waiting for him patiently.
"Geez Harry, you take longer to change than a girl!" Ginny teased.
Laughing, they gathered their trunks and disembarked the train. Heading towards the carriages, Harry caught a glimpse of a blonde head in the crowd, but soon lost sight of it.
