The group was continuing back home. Ash was still very quiet and he was getting everyone worried. Everyone assumed he's just getting older and is going through business but Clemont thought of something else.
As the group was walking, they passed by a huge billboard and it showed Serena with her Pokemon. They all seemed so happy and a quote on the board even said that she's not going anywhere. Ash was so devastated but knew that's what she wanted and was rooting for her like she did to him. Still, he was sad. Then they passed by a group of Serena fans and they had on a shirt with her face on it. Then they heard 3 guys said she was hot as they passed by and 2 girls said she's not the best Kalos Queen and they could've been better than her any day. Ash was so infuriated. He really tried keeping it in. He really had no idea why he's feeling this way.

Finally that walk that felt forever ended when they reached to Clemont's house. Meyer greeted them.

Meyer: Hey kiddos.

Clemont&Bonnie: Hiya dad.

Ash: Hi Meyer!

Meyer: Good to see you... 3?! Where's that girlfriend of yours Clemont? There should be 4 of you!

Clemont: One, I told you it's not like that, two, she had to go back to her Kalos Queen duties.

Meyer: Oh. Well Clemont, you let her go! You could of had a beautiful queen girlfriend and had lots of fame with her and be the big gossip and other girls fighting over you!

Bonnie: I try dad I try... That would have been a awesome idea though! *grinning*

Clemont: *blushing red* Oh my goodness... It's hard to believe we are all family.

All: *Laughing*

Ash's laughter went away very quickly though the way that Meyer called Clemont having Serena as a beautiful girlfriend kinda got him fired up even though it was just a joke. Ash was dying to know why he had this emotion.

Bonnie: I'm going to my room to watch t.v. *Going upstairs*

Ash:....

Clemont: Hey Ash are you ok?

Ash: Oh it's nothing really...

Clemont: your upset I can see it.

Ash: No I'm not...

Clemont: Are you really?

Ash: Fine. I'm upset... Serena left and I'm bummed. She's gone on that world tour as a Kalos Queen I'm happy for her a lot that she's happy.

Clemont: I'm sorry Ash...

Ash: Hey Clemont?

Clemont: Yeah?

Ash: I don't know how to explain this but I've been feeling this emotion again...

Clemont: Is it love? Remember before we went through this?

Ash: *shocked* *blushing* I don't love her. I just have this emotion that makes me think about her a lot and makes her seem so... *sighing just by thinking of her*

Clemont: *interrupting* Ash?

Ash: Yeah?

Clemont: You love her...

Ash: I guess your right....

Clemont: I knew this was gonna happen... Ash, I think what's best or what would of been good is if you told her how you felt.

Ash: I had no idea what this emotion meant though... I really didn't... I'm so oblivious...

Clemont: Ya know? -

Clemont got cut off by a scream

Bonnie: *Screaming* WHAT?!

Ash: Is everything alright?!

Bonnie: NO! LOOK AT THE T.V. HURRY!!!!

Ash and Clemont bolted to the room and watched the t.v.

***News Channel

Breaking News!!: Serena the Kalos Queen has resigned! Man that was so quick. The Queen explained how she couldn't do this without a certain somebody and mumbled something about Lumiose City and bolted off. That's all the info we got out of her! Stay tuned for more!

This was a huge mystery to Ash but Clemont had a feeling it had to do with Ash. The group decides to go to Lumiose City to look for her. They searched and searched and after 2 hours they decide to take a break. Clemont and Bonnie went to order food at a cafe and Ash stayed outside. He had lots of things on his mind...
