A Christmas Miracle (Byakuya Togami x fem reader)

I woke up to a wrapper sound next to me. I turned around to see a dozen of beautiful, red roses. I smiled and sat up on my bed and picked them up. There was a note in them.

Dear (y/n),

  We've officially known each other for 12 years. So, for that, today we are taking a day off to celebrate. These years were the best years I've had. You've shown me how to enjoy life through the hard times, and to just have fun. Thank you.

 I placed the roses on my nightstand and ran to my closet. I chose to wear a light pink Hello Kitty sweater with a baby pink and white plaid skirt with some thigh-high white socks with lace on them. I also put on some black flats.

   I went to my vanity and put on some blush with mascara. I brushed my hair out and but some pink and white clips in it. (This outfit is what I need rn I'm in bed with a cold so I would love to this at this moment to make me feel cUtE)

   I went ran down the stairs and stopped because I saw a trail of (f/c) (f/c means favourite cookie kekekeke). I gasped and followed the trail. I walked in the kitchen and saw Byakuya in his normal outfit making breakfast. He layed out fruit, eggnog, cookies, and vegetables (Did anyone else think of Thatveganteacher yelling, "EaT yOuR vEgETaBlEs?" Just me?)

 "Awe, you made breakfast!" I said walking up to him. "Yes, I did. My dad had a meeting early this morning and my step-mom went out with a few friends. I saw that you were still sleeping so I grabbed the finest roses at the garden shop and made breakfast." he said. "You didn't have to do that, you know." I said walking to the table. "I did. And I succeeded to make you happy." he said. I smirked and ate a cookie. 

  He cleaned up and walked to the table. He sat down across from me and ate a strawberry while reading a book. "How many books did you read this week?" I asked. "Exactly 15." he answered. "How do you even have time to read? I don't even see you read half of the time." I say. "Secrets secrets." he says. I laughed and drank some eggnog (Or if you don't like eggnog, any drink is fine.)

   After we ate, I cleaned up. I looked over to Byakuya and he was already on the last page. "How do you read so fast?!" i asked. "I spent a lot of time reading during my childhood." he said. "Well I know that." I say. He closed his book stood up. I finished cleaning and I saw Byakuya at the door. 

   He motioned his hand to follow him. I was confused but went along with it. He walked out the door and I started to run after him. I put my jacket on and went outside. I saw him leaning on the limo. I smiled and walked to him. He opened the door and I hopped in. He went in after me and closed the door. "Where to, sir?" The driver asked. "Walmart." he said. The driver laughed a bit and said, "Okay." Byakuya pressed a button which made an opaque window close so the driver wouldn't see us. 

   "Hi." I said randomly. Byakuya smirked and said, "Hi." I leaned my head on his shoulder and looked out the window. Byakuya locked his hand with mine and leaned his head on mine.

  "We have arrived, sir." The driver said. Byakuya rolled the window down and nodded. The driver noticed our hands and stared. After a few seconds he shrugged and whispered, "He's Byakuya Togami he gets any girl he wants." I smirked and walked out the limo. I looked at the big yellow Walmart sign and said, "It's been a while since I've been here." Byakuya looked at me and asked, "Want to know something?" I looked back and said, "Sure." "I always come here when I have spare time to flex. These commoner girls can't stand a chance. I like to think they do though." I laughed and said, "You're so mean!" He smirked and said, "That's me."
