"Sir, you heard Mandalay's Telepathy, right!" Kirishima exclaimed, his hands clenched into fists. "My friends are being targeted. Please, let me go to them!"

"No," Vlad King stated.

Vlad King stands in front of the door with his arms crossed, Kirishima standing in front of him. He doesn't want to disobey orders, but he believes the right thing is to go be with Bakugo and [Last Name]. Those two need his help is what he believes and he wants to protect them from the villains that are after them.

Kirishima furrows his eyebrows. "Why not?"

"Stop it, Kirishima," Ashido said, stepping forward.

"Sir, if we do not know how many villains there are, then wouldn't it be better to have as many people fighting as we can?" Iida questioned.

"Hey, are you planning on fighting the villains?" Mineta asked, scared.

Kirishima looks to Mineta. "Yeah, that's right. Even Mr. Aizawa said to fight, didn't he?"

"That is for self-defense," Vlad King explained, his eyes closed. "It was so everyone could get back here."

Kirishima sucks his teeth, lowering his gaze. He's worried. Who wouldn't be worried about their friends even though there's a chance they're fine. He wants to see that they're fine and not have to worry anxiously if they're taken or not. He wished he could just leave and go after them, but Vlad King would stop him in an instant.

There's a noise outside the door that filled the silence. Everyone in the room looks at the door, pondering who possibly came inside the building.

"Did someone come in?" Sato asked.

Ojiro looks over his shoulder to him. "Do you think Mr. Aizawa came back...?"

"Perfect timing," Kirishima remarked. "I'll go ask him directly."

Vlad King looks over his shoulder at the door, he stops Kirishima from approaching the door. "No, wait." Vlad King looks at the window, seeing it's not Aizawa's silhouette. "It's not him!"

Vlad King pushes Kirishima and Ashido away from the doors, a hurl of blue flames destroy the doors and knocks them away. The blue flames fill into the room, everyone closing their eyes from the bright color or possibly the heat from the flames.

"Everyone, get back!" Iida exclaimed.

When the flames disappear, Vlad King stands in front of the students behind him protectively as the tables and chairs are flown around the room. They all stand tense as they wait for the villain to step into the room and once he does, the tension in the air rises. The villain steps into the room, Mineta letting out a gasp.

"That guy... Is he the villain that was defeated earlier?" Mineta questioned, pointing at the villain.

The villain lights his fist in blue flames, but Vlad King grabs the villain by his face and slams the man into the wall, creating a crate. Vlad King stopped the villain from lighting up the whole room once more, possibly creating more destruction and or hurt the students.

"You're too slow!" Vlad King exclaimed. He uses his Quirk, this red liquid coming out and hardening, trapping the villain to the wall.

Kirishima stands up. "Blood Control... It's so strong!"

"As expected of our Mr. Vlad!"

"You're pushing hard into a place like this without thinking?" Vlad King questioned, glaring at the black haired villain. "You're really underestimating us!"

"And why wouldn't we?" The villain asked, his smooth and calm tone filling the room. "You're acting exactly like I thought you would. You all lost the minute you lost the initiative. The pinnacle of hero education, U.A. and the Symbol of Peace, All Might. The two most trusted figures of hero society, gathered together. If multiple incidents keep putting that trust into question, then don't you think that will hake society as a whole? Sloppy management that keeps allowing attacks to get to get through, and in the end, being so weak as to allow two students to be stolen away by a criminal group."
