Cavalry Battle

"Now then, I will explain the rules of the Cavalry battle. The time limit is fifteen minutes. Each team is worth the total of its members' points, and the riders will wear a headband with that number on their foreheads. Teams will try to grab each other's headbands until time runs out, and try to keep as many points as they can. Stolen headbands must be worn from the neck up. So the more you steal, the harder it'll be to manage them! And the most important thing is that even if your headband gets stolen, or if your team falls, you're not out!" Midnight explained, whipping her whip.

"Which means..." Yaoyorozo mumbled, trailing off.

"...since there are 42 people, there will be ten or twelve teams on the field the whole time?" Sato questioned, looking to Yaoyorozo.

"That's tough."

"One strategy could be to let someone take your points first so you'll be more free," Ashido added.

"It's hard to say without seeing how all the points end up getting split up, Mina," Asui said.

Midnight continues. "During the game, it'll be a cruel fight where you can use your Quirks. But it is still a cavalry battle. You'll get a red card for attacks that are trying to make people fall on purpose! You'll be removed immediately!"

"Damn." [Name] heard Bakugo curse.

"Now, you have fifteen minutes to build your teams. Start!"

[Name] lets out a sigh, her eyes darting around as she looked at people. She isn't sure who she should have on her team or who's team she should be on. [Name] ponders if she can even form a team, but not a lot of people know about her Quirk and she wouldn't know theirs so she'd hope they know what they're doing.

Perhaps [Name] should group with people in her class. [Name] looked at her possible chances, but she doesn't want to team with Midoriya simply because he has ten million points and he'll be targeted and he would have more points then needed. [Name] feels someone's gaze on her and she turns around, seeing Bakugo's gaze on her as Ashido, Sato, and Aoyama and more people from her class crowd him.

"I don't know what Quirks you all have! What?!" [Name] chuckled from Bakugo's words and his eyes narrow towards her. "Oi, Mutt!"

[Name] glared at him. "Who you callin' Mutt, ya ticking bomb! You want your face bitten off!"

Bakugo walks towards her until he's in front of her, gazing down at her while [Name] growls at him. "I want you on my team."

"Huh? What if I said no?" [Name] questioned, her angry demeanor dropping as she tilted her head.

Bakugo glares at her. "I wasn't asking!"

"Hey! Todoroki chose his team already! Bakugo, team up with me!" Kirishima suggested, walking towards the two.

"Shitty Hair," Bakugo stated.

"I'm Kirishima! At least try to remember!" Kirishima exclaimed. "My hair's not that different from yours! You're gonna be the rider, right? Then who'll be a front horse that can take your blasts?" Kirishima hardens his arm.

"Mutt will," Bakugo answered, gazing at Kirishima.

"It's [Name]."

"[Name]'s ears can't handle the noise of your Quirk at close range so I'll be your horse! A horse that never wavers! You're gonna get it, right? The ten million?" Kirishima questioned, a spark going off inside Bakugo.

Bakugo smirks, looking between Kirishima and [Name]. [Name] just shrugged her shoulders, silently joining Bakugo's team even though he had pushed it onto her. Now, Bakugo just has to find that last person to be in his team. [Name], Kirishima, and Bakugo looked at others display their Quirks and [Name] ponders who's going to be part of the team.
