For this chapter, this will be based on the Invasion crossover from the story “Blindfolded” by MiniBeckyG Shout-out to her and thank you for letting me use your story as reference.

“What?” exclaimed Barry as he looked at Kara “You’re leaving already?”

“I think this is where we leave.” Said Oliver, looking at Cisco as they both quickly walked away.

“Well, yeah I’m leaving, but it’s not forever. It’s just for a short while so I can get my Supergirl duties back on track. But I do promise you this: When I see you again, I will do what your heart desires, any time, any day.” Kara smirked as she wrapped her arms around Barry’s neck. He then wrapped his hands around her waist as he replied, smiling “Take as long as you need.”.

They began to lean in, before Mick walked up to them looking slightly drunk, carrying a beer bottle in one hand, breaking their moment.

“You two, I don’t usually say things like this, but I kinda like you two. You look really good together, and for that, I’m gonna give you guys a good ship name.” Mick said with a slight hiccup.

‘Umm.. Thanks?” Kara replied with a befuddled look on her face.

“Not to sound dumb or anything, but what exactly is a ship name?” Barry asked, scratching his head in confusion.

“I think I can answer that.” A female voice said, revealing herself to be Felicity walking towards them. “A ship name is what people use as a code name of sorts. It’s used for two characters people want to end up romantically together.” The blonde hacker explained.

“What she said!” Mick growled with another hiccup before taking another swig of his beer. “And yeah, have I got the perfect ship name for the two if you.” He continued, looking towards Barry and Kara.

“If I may…” Felicity interrupted “How about we call them Superflash? I mean, it’s a perfect combination of both their names, and it is what I called them earlier.”

“No, I’m not gonna call them that. Sounds stupid.” Mick grunted which earned him dubious and surprised looks from the other three.

“Well what are you gonna use for their ship name then?” Felicity asked.

“Red Skirt.”

“Seriously?”

“Seriously!” Mick replied before he looked at the couple one more time. “And you’re welcome. Later Red. Skirt.” He said, nodding jauntily as he sauntered off while drinking the last of his beer as he walked away, which also caused him to let out a very loud belch from all the beer he drank.

“Well, I never…” Felicity muttered with a huff as she walked away opposite Mick’s direction, leaving Barry and Kara with their eyes wide and mouths hanging open at the exchange that happened in front of them, making them blurt out the exact same thing they’re thinking at the exact same time:

“What just happened?!”
