I giggle softly as I step inside after waving at Milo and watching him drive off. Quinn, Santana, Brittany and Kurt all look at me, as if they want to know something. I chuckle softly and close the door then turn to look at them. "so obviously you saw the kiss..."

"saw it?" Kurt asks. "Quinn and I squealed."

"Santana and I thought it was cute" Brittany replies, giggling.

"it could've used more tongue though" Santana replies, causing Quinn, Kurt and I to roll our eyes.

"I didn't know he was going to kiss me, slow down Santana. geez" I reply. "how long until we have to be at the school?" I ask.

Quinn looks down at her phone then up at me and everyone else. "about an hour. which means we should leave now if we want to make it on time."

I nod softly. "who's driving?" I ask, looking at everyone.

"I think Finn's picking us up." Kurt replies. "I can text him if you want."

"probably a good idea" Santana replies. "and while you do that, we'll go get ready."

I giggle softly and poke Kurt's cheek before running upstairs with the girls. Quinn and Santana run into my room, Brittany not too far behind them and I walk in after Brittany does. I giggle softly as I look at the three of them, shaking my head softly. "let me guess. you want to help me get all pretty like Gabriella?"

"well, we wanted to help you get ready in general." Quinn replies. "besides, there won't be enough time for hair and makeup backstage because of your date with Millllllllllo" she giggles.

I nod my head softly. "right, forgot about that." I sit down on the bed and glance over at them. "alright then. make all pretty and shit."

exactly an hour later, we all make it to the school on time thanks to Finn. we all quickly get out and run inside then into the theatre and quickly run backstage to change into our costumes for the first couple of scenes that we're all in. I quickly change into the dress Gabriella is supposed to wear for the New Years Eve scene and look around for the wig I'm supposed to wear, slightly panicking when I can't find it. "shit" I mumble softly.

"what's wrong?" Quinn asks.

"the wig" I reply. "it's gone"

"what?" Mercedes asks as she walks backstage. "it can't just be gone. it has to be here somewhere. we're on in five minutes!"

"calm down, Mercedes" Brittany replies. "we'll find it."

"you better" she replies. "check everywhere. in the meantime, I'll warn Mr. Shuester that uh Gabriella may be blonde for tonight's show"

Quinn shakes her head softly and points at the blonde wig sitting on Rachel's makeup table. "isn't that supposed to be on Rachel's head?"

I roll my eyes. "she probably thought I wasn't going to show up tonight if our date went bad." I reply, looking at Milo as he walks backstage.

"wait, what's going on?" Milo asks.

"you may have to kiss Rachel" Quinn replies, causing Milo to shake his head rapidly.

"oh god no." he replies. "isn't she supposed to be Sharpay, not Gabriella?"

I shrug. "guess she wanted the spotlight on her tonight since she clearly isn't getting enough being Sharpay"

"I'm going to kill that girl" Mercedes replies. "she's dead meat"

"can I help you?" Santana asks, groaning softly. "ugh, of course Rachel would ruin the second last show."
