The new kid

When me and Hazel meat up with Reef and his friends I noticed there was a new guy within his group of friends. He was gorgeous, he had tan skin, hazel/green eyes, messy yet cute dirty blond almost brown hair, and he had the perfect smile. I guess I was staring at him for a while becuase Hazel had to nudge me a little. After the whole staring incident we went to the dining hall to see what was for dinner.

After we ate we all went to Reefs dorm and all of his friends are in the same one as him, so is the new guy in the group. When we got to his dorm we all went to the lounge and me and Hazel ploped ourselfs on a couch. After we all got comphy one of Reefs friends Colt started to talk to me;

"So Hayden I heard that you and Asher broke up over summer, why did you guys break up?"

"I broke up with him. He was being an ass and I was over his bullshit and him always talking to other girls, also becuase he was a duche."

"Oh, like what he did with Makenzie at Maya's party?'

"WHAT! He did what with Makenzie?"

"I thought you knew, him and Makenzie got together and did the "dirty". I so thought someone told you."

Now I was pissed, i was yelling at him now, "NO. No one told me about that, god i was to punch her in the fucken face. That bitch she is such a slut."

After i was done with what i said everyone just went silent. I was pissed i just wanted to curl up into a ball and cry. I felt a tear roll down my cheek and I could feel someone looking at me that wasnt Hazel or Reef and one of his normal friends. I found the eyes that were looking at me, it was the new kid that Reef had taken into his group of friends.

When he saw me look at him with the tear rolling down my cheek he had a look of sympathy on his face. I couldnt hold back the tears back anymore, i just let them roll down my face life a waterfall. I stood up and went to the bathroom and locked myself in it. While in there all i could think about was why would he do that to me, i know he did it while i was on my trip and we were still together.

I was in the bathroom for a while crying. When i was done crying i look in the mirror and my maskera was smudged all under my eyes so i cleaned up before i went out. When i opened the door to come out of the bathroom standing on the wall across the hall was the new kid in Reefs group of friends. He walked towards me, he seemed nervous. When he came up to me he spoke with the most heavenly voice,

"Hi.. um I'm Hurly I just transfered to this school i'm a Jr. Also i'm really sorry for what happened between you and your boyfriend or now ex-boyfriend."

I didnt know what to say. I was face to face with the hottest guy i've ever seen. He is talking to me. I studdered for a second before words came out of my mouth.

"Hi, i'm Hayden and i've been here for a while, and its okay he was a ass anyways. I knew he would cheat on me eventually."

"Well" he said shyly, "I wanted to just see if you were okay becuase you were crying."

"Thanks"

"Well do you want to go a walk and you know talk?"

"Sure, lets go."

When we walked out of the hallway where the bathroom was everyone was looking at us. While we were walking out i just gave Hazel a look and she nodded her head and went to sit by Reef. When me and Hurly got outside it was cold, well at least it was to me becuase i was wearing shorts and a volcom tanktop. When we started to walk the sky was full of stars and it was beautiful. Then the sound of Hurly's voice broke the silence that was between us,

"Well i'm guessing your freezing right now arnt you?"

"hahah, how did you know?"

"Well your wearing shorts and a tanktop and i can hear you shivering."

All i could think was wow i didnt know that when i shiver you can hear it. "Thats true, I should have grabed a jacket before we came outside."

"Here" he said softly after he took off his pull over and he handed it to me "I'm not cold i think you need it more than i do right now."

After he handed it to me I didnt know what to do so i just took his pull over and put it on and said "Thanks" with a big smile on my face and i am pretty sure i was blushing 9i know i was blushing). After i put it on, all that was going through my mind was that it smelled so good, and is this what he smells like all the time, and that i'm in love with this new kid that i just met.
